I liked this cleanser and it smelled minty and refreshing. The tube is quite large and you get a good amount for your money. The ingredients are natural and effective. It worked well in the summer but it was a tad drying in the winter.

I’ve purchased this cleanser over and over. I like that it’s mild, easy to rinse off, and removes all my makeup (except gel liner). It doesn’t dry out my skin or make it feel stripped, but it does seem to help balance the oil. I have very problematic skin and this has helped balance it tremendously, which is why I keep using/buying it. It’s probably too drying to be used on dry skin, but for oily or combination skin (mine is both, depending on the season) it works great! It’s cheapest on Amazon or through Swanson’s vitamins.

Oh. My. God.
So My skin is super oily and acne prone. I had came back from a humid place and it broke my skin out so bad. When I came back, I needed a holy grail product to fix my face. I FOUND IT. I went to sleep LAST. NIGHT. And woke up and 4 of the six blemishes on my face are gone, and the big cystic one has gone down quite a bit.
I’m exited to use and continue using this product(:

I understand why other reviewers very much enjoy this natural acne face wash, and I did too, at first. Being an oily acne-prone girl, I thought it would be perfect for me since it contains all the correct ingredients to help banish those annoying pimples. Too bad I didn’t consider the fact that it would be too harsh on my ALSO sensitive skin. It dried my skin which caused even more breakouts. At first I was blaming other products I was using, but I eventually found out this was the culprit for my skin’s bad behavior. OH, and also another big downside about this product is the packaging. It is a squeezetube but the product literally is always dripping out of the container, so using this product was a pain. If my skin was not so sensitive to harsh products, I would probably be loving this cleanser, but for now I will just stick to Philosphy’s Simple cleanser. Oh, and if you also have sensitive skin you should check out Ann Webb’s other product, her Coconut Water cleanser.

So far this is the best cleanser I’ve ever had! I wash my face twice a day with this and it really helped to clear my acne. I even stopped using “acne free” products since I do not need them anymore! It is great for removing makeup. Sometimes I leave it on my face for few minutes as a mask. It’s a must have cleanser!

I have FINALLY gound my HG cleanser and yes hard to beleive considering how many cleansers I have reviewed on mua and the fact that I have no joke tried every cleanser known to mankin from drugstore to natural to high end lol. I have had fussy super clog/breakout/oily prone skin all my life and have never been able to find a balance with many products in my routine but especially a cleanser. I know many people depend on treatments etc to keep their skin clear but for me a cleanser truly does make the difference as using bha alone (aha never did anything for me) still doesnt keep my pores completely clear and breakout free for even a day. Using gentle creamy cleansers never did anything for keeping my skin clear or clogged me so the simple low maintenance routine jsut did nothing for me as many claim it does but I feel many of those people ahve the luxury of less fussy skin. I’ve always wished I could grab any cheap ds product and have it work for me like many of my friends who have flawless skin even without washing but that has never been the case hence my being a life long product junkie jsut striving for decently clear skin. This cleanser from Skin Organics which I get at Whole Foods truly does this. It is simply what I have been looking for for the last decade in a gel cleanser that is gentle yet deep cleans and leaves my pores clean yet doesnt lead to drying me out in a few weeks and leaving my face dehydrated in the end which is a pain to bounce back from, I truly feel so many bha/salicylic acid/acne clearing face washes on teh market jsut want to rip you off as they do nothing aside from the genius strategy of temporarily clearing breakouts, doing nothing longterm and jsut ruining/drying your skin out to only have to start from step one. It’s like they want you to fail and instead of putting a few genuine products out on teh market that work they put a million options that only ruin your skin and waste your money. I always thought the SA was what was ruining my skin in all the cleanser I used to use but no it was all the other ingredients in them that were irritants/pore cloggers. Great idea putting a bunch of crap in cleansers supposedly made to deep clean pores/keep you clear right. This Spearmint Tea Cleanser finally has the Salicylic Acid for keeping my face completely clear and NO other bad ingredients at all to lead to side effects long term. Just a super clean and nourishing natural ingredient list for a great price. And finally a cleanser I can use 2x a day and not worry about it being too much for my face. Really balances my skin and works bottom line without my fearing the day I wake up with dry patches and dehydrated skin. Why I had to go through 10 years of products to find this is beyond me but just shows the so called “quality” on the market that makes finding something that works hell for us all with fussy skin. Don’t hesitate to try this ladies, one of a kind, my cleanser hunt officially over amen!!! 🙂

I love this cleanser it is amazing! I have really bad cystic acne and somehow this stuff keeps it away! I love the smell of it and it feels great on my skin! I use it with Olay spin brush and it gets all the gunk off my face! Definitely recommend it!
Update: 1/6/2012
I wouldn’t recommend this cleanser during the winter because it dried me out but I definitely liked it for summer.

I discovered Skin Organics at my nearest Whole Foods Market. I decided to get the Sensitive Skincare Set, which contained generous sample sizes. I think I payed around $30. This cleanser I tried right away and ever since Ive loved it for a few months. It contains gentle ingredients, fights breakouts, non-drying, feels good, smells pleasantly minty, and is actually beneficial to your skin. My skin responds good after using this cleanser regularly and once I finish up the tube I will purchase it in full size. I only wish this line was easier to find, more known of, and affordable.

I have oily skin with hormonal breakouts and this cleared my face up in 3 days! I also love that is natural and not harmful! It does not dry my face out but makes it feel very clean! I use it twice a day with my clarisonic.
