When I bought this product I had very high expectations. But…I hated it. I hate how it smells, it does not clean my face very well, it is difficult to blend it with water. It is a big no no for me.

I really wanted to love this product, but it clogged my pores after a few uses 🙁 The smell is divine and I use it when I want to pamper my skin. Can’t attest to the makeup removing properties since I only use to it dissolve my water resistant sunscreen. A little goes a long way and my skin is very soft afterwards.

Beautiful cleansing balm, besides the smell it’s very similar to the Emma Hardie cleansing balm. I use it as a one-step cleanser and find it effective at removing all my sunscreen, foundation, eye makeup, etc. It has a minty/tea tree sort of scent that irritated my eyes slightly at first, but I got used to it. The 105g jar lasts me 3-4 months with daily use. I would by again if it was on sale.

This stuff is the best! As other reviewers have indicated, it smells divine, and leaves skin soft and clean and better yet, leaves my undereye area looking like it has fewer lines. I was concerned that it might irritate my now super-sensitive skin but it does not. I do not, however, use it to remove make-up: I use that micellular water first. I had gotten it pretty inexpensively from a TV shopping network, ordered it on-line for an every three month refill subscription but have discovered that I need to replenish the supply on a more frequent basis.

This is the best thing I have ever spent my money on, the smell is on point, the feel is a thick balm that turns almost moussey once damp on the skin. I love putting this on in the bath and letting it soak in for 10 minutes, means you get to chill out with all the essential oils and have a mini mask at the same time.
I use this along with the nourishing omega cleansing oil and pro marine cream. God send

Bought the 200g one when cleansing oil/balm was the hype. A big jar. Now almost finished it but still enjoy using it every time.
Use it when I want some massage, some extra pamper for my skin so I don’t use it for taking off make up.
I clean my skin first then use this. The smell is so lovely and relaxing. Usually I don’t care about the smell but when you want a spa like experience and when you have to massage your skin for a whole 15 minutes, let me tell you, smell matters.
A little goes a long way. Never broke me out. Makes my skin very soft afterwards.
And if you want to use it to take off the makeup yes it can. But I don’t like to take off my mascara with the balm. It can mess up my eyelashes.

After receiving a few samples of this, I had to give in and finally get my full sized jar. I can say that from the first use, it has become a staple in my routine. I have slightly oily, but also just beginning to see signs of aging in my skin, and I also suffer from hormonal acne. Usual acne treatments don’t work anymore, and they dry my skin out incredibly. This balm, however, is an effective cleanser, whilst caring for my fine lines, and makes my textured skin silky soft. I find the scent very uplifting and relaxing. Lovely consistency and you really only need a pea sized amount to cleanse your whole face and neck. I can not be without it anymore. I would recommend this to anyone 🙂

This is one of my ride or die skincare products. This combats any breakout and reduces if not clears them in 24 hours tops depending on how pronounced the blemish is. This balm is so versatile I use this as a quick cleanser on any given night or as a mask when I’m relaxing in the bath and when my face needs a little extra TLC. It’s very hydrating and I find it’s botanical fragrance very refreshing. The pot and lid packaging makes getting every last smear of balm easy.
The formula is fabulous, it warms easily between the fingers making for easy distribution, I love how little product is required to cover a large area of the face and I really love how the balm turns into a creamy sort of consistency when it comes into contact with water meaning none of that oily balmy residue is left on your face.
No amount of really good skincare comes at a cheap price but if you want to splash out on something that works I really would recommend starting with this one.

Love this cleansing balm which comes in a jar, I dont use it every day but a couple if times a week for a deep cleanse or you can leave it on for 10 mins as a mask when in the bath it has a gorgeous menthol relaxing aroma. Although its expensive you inly need an almond size amount so it lasts for ages. I massage it into my face and remove with a damp cleansing cloth, It leaves my skin super clean but hydrated and does not cause outbreaks on my sensitive skin, a must product ????????
