I love this. I have rosacea with combination skin (highly reactive).I only use it once a day, at night, and this is the second step in my cleansing regimen.
The best way to use this is with a foaming net (you can purchase them at online retailers and Asian beauty stores for under $5). With a foaming net you only need a little over the size of a pea and it will work into a fluffy, but thick, mound of lather. Without the net, you’ll need a bit more (under a dime) and it won’t be as fluffy, but still thick. Like I said, it works into a thick and rich foam and you work it over your face in circular motions. Your hands should VERY gently glide over your face, do not massage (you should have already massaged your face with the first cleansing step, the cream cleanser). It cleans without stripping my skin and leaves my face soft.
I tried this before and I hadn’t liked it, but it was because I was massaging it into my face too vigorously. Asian skincare (in general) is all about being very gentle to your skin, if you didn’t like it before, try it again with a change in method.
