I love glycolic or alpha-hydroxy pads in the morning. I’ve tried a few brands. I was fortunate enough to find a jar of Nip + Fab Daily Glycolic Pads at a local Marshalls, and when it ran out I went back there for a replacement. I grabbed a jar, paid for it, and left. When I got home I realized I grabbed the “wrong” product. What I had bought was the Glycolic Foaming Pads. Rather than returning it, I thought, eh, let’s give it a whirl.
I LOVE this product. It exfoliates as well as, if not better than, the Daily Glycolic Pads, mainly due to one side having a pebbly texture for mild exfoliation.It has a mild soapy fragrance, and does foam up moderately on the skin upon use. I use one pad in the morning on face and the backs of my hands, let it sit a minute while I slug down my pills, and then rinse it off with DHC Mild Soap and water to neutralize the acid. I follow with a vitamin C serum. My face hasn’t been this smooth since childhood. I’m even able to skip my beloved philosophy microdelivery peel, so complete is the exfoliation.
