Wow!Wow!Wow! The Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleansing Wipes are so far the best wipes that I got. They are very gentle to the skin, and the wipes are pretty large, so you only need one wipe for your whole face! Some packages are a little dry as some other reviewer mentioned. Except that everything else is AMAZING. E

I bought these for a trip I was taking to South America so that I had more room to pack other liquids. I regularly use their gentle liquid face wash for regular skin and it is one of the only face washes I have found that does not break me out. I was not sure how these would work, however as I always rinse my face and these are wipe and go. I used other brands of face cleaning wipes in the past and they often made my face burn a little or caused acne or dryness. Not these! I ended up loving them. They removed makeup, my skin is in even better condition after using them and I did not feel like they left a residue. My only complaints are that they come in a plastic not environmentally friendly packaging and I go through them rather quickly using at least two a day. I will definitely continue to use them for trips, however. No risk of spills or leaks and they make life much easier. I recommend them to people with sensitive skin like myself. My only complaint is that there has been a variation in the dampness of the wipes from one pack to another. I bought I believe four packs before my trip and they were all nice and damp. I have since bought two more packs and they are drier. They are not so dry that they don’t work but I preferred the wetter packs.

50 for 10.99 at target. Breakdown: 0.23 cents a wipe?
My Favorite Wipe!
I recently finished the Koh Gen Do face wipes and just could not justify that price again. 10 wipes for 15? Yikes.
I’ve also tried Simple, Nuetragena, CVS brand, Say yes to Tomatoes, etc. I’ve tried a ton of them. I specifically like to use them to remove my makeup before my workout. So, I look for them to be non drying, remove the majority of my makeup, and leave some moisture behind.
These fill those categories. I notice that sometimes, weirdly, it doesnt get all my brow pomade out, but I can overlook it for a few reasons- also, this isnt the only item cleaning my face.
This gives a nice moist layer to the skin that let’s me go without moisturizer between makeup removal and workout. Also, it does not turn my face red. Or sting my eyes. Or cause me to get tight and itchy.
The wipe is decently saturated, doesnt rip, and does what it says on the tin. That’s good enough for a rebuy from me.

Meh….. I use Neutrogena, Simple, and Garnier wipes most often. I was not impressed with this one. It didn’t get the waterproof makeup off, and my face didn’t feel makeup free after use. I’ll stick with the others.

Finally a facial wipe I like! This has to be about the 20th wipe I’ve tried. These are gentle on my sensitive rosacea n/d skin and remove my makeup. I thought these were going to be too gentle like the Simple Micellar wipes but they remove everything on my face easily. I don’t use them on my eyes because my lashes tend to fall out when using a wipe and I treasure my lashes after using latisse so I am very gentle with them. The wipes are big enough unlike the Olay 4-in-1s, and I enjoy the nubbly side that’s not too rough.
I love the packaging. I can get 1 wipe at a time unlike Clinique’s packaging where I was always getting multiples and had to stuff them back in the package. And then had to struggle to close the lid. Argh.
I also don’t feel like I must rinse after using these like I did after Cerave’s wipes which stung my face, so great one step for quick morning cleaning or great for makeup changes. Oh and these are totally scent-free unlike several brands I’ve tried that sneak fragrance in, like L’Oreal and Neutrogena.
I have already repurchased.

i have sensitive skin and this wipes help to control my small breakouts. I have dry/normal skin and these really help. They are slightly overpriced but i think they are worth it. Stock up wen they go in sale.

I purchased these due to the fact that I couldn’t get my Neutrogena wipes at the time. I use wipes for my neck and to remove colorfast lipstick. Ocasionally, I will use them to remove eye makeup. My main criteria for a facial wipe is that it can remove long wearing lipstick and do an adequate job at removing eye makeup. This is marketed as an extremely sensitive product, so I didn’t expect it to remove my Rimmel Provocalips lipstick. It is also expensive for a supermarket wipe, so I fully expected it to be a one off purchase. How wrong I was!!! This is a powerful cleansing wipe. It removes everything and it does it with minimal use of wipes. One wipe easily gets off my lipstick. They are very moist and I have no irritation at all. My husband even likes these. The Cetaphil wipe feels much nicer than the Neutrogena, but the price is almost double in Australia. Definitely worth purchasing again.

I find these wipes to be very drying to my skin, almost like they have added soap to them. Plus, overtime, they started causing irritation to my eyes. And, to remove your makeup with these wipes, you have yo do a lot of pulling and tugging to do so, which definitely isn’t good for my skin’s elasticity. I don’t plan on ever purchasing them again. Also, I find that they have a somewhat unpleasant chemical smell to them as well. As, I am officially done when it comes to using any more Cetaphil products on my face, period.

Takes off my makeup like a CHAMP (even mascara). Has no smell nor does it leave my skin feeling anything but clean. I am happy with them and plan to repurchase!

These face wipes do a great job of removing my makeup – Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation which those of you who use would know it is quite difficult to get off! Also takes off all eye makeup & mascara.
Leaves skin feeling clean and moisturised, does not sting or leave it looking oily which I find most other face wipes do to my skin.
I will definitely continue using these.
