I’ve used this cleanser off and on for years. It’s gentle, effective and helps keep my skin looking it’s best. If I could I’d use it all the time but alas my dry, sensitive skin prefers it 3 or so times weekly. I notice it helps in the fight to keep my melasma at bay which can get bad though thankfully isn’t as bad as in the past. I don’t love the aroma, I think it’s the lactic acid but thankfully it’s rinsed away. This is one of those products that I always have on hand.

I was kicking myself for spending $30 on facial cleanser, until seeing that only a few drops are needed to wash my face. The 7-oz. bottle lasted for several months. Even better, the cleanser removed my makeup yet didn’t dry out my skin like my old favorite (Purpose Gentle Cleansing Wash). I’m really sold on sulfate-free cleansers. I like that it contains lactic acid, which is a mild exfoliant. My skin needs to be exfoliated but does better with chemical rather than physical exfoliation. The gel-based cleanser also contains aloe, which has a soothing effect. No offensive fragrance, in fact no discernible fragrance at all. Packaging is solid – a flip-top plastic bottle. Happy to say there is nothing that needs improvement, and I’ll repurchase.
