I’ve given up trying to understand my skin but I can say it will look for any excuse to break out! I’ve been using Mir for ages now, at least 3 years, and I guess the fact that I keep going back to it – haven’t left it actually – speaks volumes. I had been looking for a cleanser with no nasties but one that still felt like it was really cleaning my skin. This did it. I will never trust any cleanser enough to just ‘wipe it off’ (I’m a rinse off type of gal) but this gel and the exfoliating cleanser are the two cleansers I trust the most to not do anything horrible to my skin. And they do feel as though they properly rinse off, while not leaving my skin too dry. The price is the problem of course. Does anyone know of anything at all comparable for less?? I really do like dealing with Gisele but the cost of these are insane!

I tried this once. I have sensitive, easily irritated skin. Mild rosacea, just redness. I really wanted this to work for me. Anyway, I tried this at night and woke up with a bunch of irritated little red bumps. I used Linda Sy’s Vita Oil to calm them down and they were gone within a day.

I love the Gentle Cleanser product for a morning cleanse to remove my Ystheal! Very mild and very gentle on the skin, I massage this lightly onto to damp skin and rinse off with tepid water. This does not cause any redness beyond that induced by the light massage. The cleanser yields a cooling sensation to the skin (hopefully this isn’t a bad thing, but my skin shows me no evidence that it is) which I especially enjoy in the summertime. This cleanser rinses clean and is a great prep for my moisturizer. I am counting my blessings that this product did not cause any irritation to my sensitive, dermatitis and acne-prone skin, nor an allergic reaction, whoo hoo! Very expensive, only available by mail from the UK, and in a somewhat inconvenient flip-top bottle.
