This was a ok so so cleanser I had bought @ marshal for a cheap price like $7 dollars! It was being repackaged or something so it was being sold @ marshal but normally it’s expensive @ Sephora! It’s your typical pump foaming cleanser like the Clinique acne solutions foam! This stuff cleaned my face well & had a very fresh eucalyptus scent to it ! It was worth a try for a discounted price but I would never pay full price for this!

I really fell in love with this product within a short span of using it for only 2 weeks! It’s amazing and does what the brand promotes it to do and more. I have fair, combination and irritable skin with visible pores and occasionally suffered from acne. I use this product twice a day and with it the whole acne treatment products by DDF and the results are amazing, no blackheads in sight and the acne blemishes are slowly but surely fading.

Best cleanser in many years!

I think this is an “ok” cleanser. It does its job, its not irritating and skin feels nice afterwards, but its not an anti-blemish miracle worker, and I think there are other cleansers out there equally good for a fraction of the price. But not a bad product by any means.

This is the best cleanser I have ever used. I have dry/oily acne prone skin that gets 1-2 blemishes every so often. This stuff is cooling, light, and I even use it as a mask sometimes!! 🙂 It alone is not enough to keep break outs down so dont think that or you will be let down! But paired with some treatments it will do great. It smooths out my skin!

When my skin is in better condition, I use this as my morning cleanser to keep away any smaller breakouts. It’s a very light, fresh-feeling foam with a mild scent. This may not do for moderate or serious acne by itself, but for mild it does really well with very little irritation or dryness. I find it’s best used by letting it sit on your skin for a minute or so, then washing off with some kind of gentle exfoliating cloth, since it’s not a particularly strong cleaner. I don’t wear liquid foundation, but I highly doubt it would remove most foundations, so that’s why only 4 marks for this. The packaging is nice and travels well; I’ve knocked and dropped bottles of this around and never had any leakage or breaking issues. I think this is a good one especially if your skin isn’t accustomed to acne washes and you need something gentle.

This product is really amazing! I cannot believe the results. I have had mild/moderate acne for years and for the first time I am much clearer. I never even write reviews, but I had to write about this one to tell people who have the same problems. It is expensive but I found mine at TJMAXX for 16.99! I used to buy really expensive cleansers that did not do half of what this one does. It has not done much for scars yet but I do not break out like I used to and that is the first step. Thank you DDF

I have always been the type of person to switch up cleansers. I just believed that my skin would get used to one cleanser and I would break out eventually (because this was the case many of times). Well I’ve noticed while only using this cleanser for a long time, I rarely get cystic acne anymore. If anyone doesn’t know what that is, it’s basically a huge horrible blemish and they’re EMBARRASSING to have. I do strongly recommend using makeup remover wipes and then following up with this stuff. I wear Laura Mercier foundation because I have acne scarring and it’s pretty thick so the makeup removing cloth removes the makeup so I can use this product to its full potential. As for the scent as I see in many of the previous reviews, it’s really not terrible. I don’t get nausea while using it. I also have color treated hair and not once has it ever stripped the color from my hair and it’s gotten in my hair plenty of times. I’ve had acne since I was a freshman in high school and have never found a cleanser as good as this. The wonders of what plenty of water and DDF cleanser can do for your skin!

I got this for $16 at TJ Maxx. I should have stocked up!!! This is my favorite cleanser because it keeps my cystic acne away. It’s been several months and no knots under my skin! I also have super oily skin and this is able to cut through all the oil. You only need 1 pump, so it lasts a long time. It does leave my chin a little dry, but that is easily corrected with some moisturizer. This was my first DDF product and now I’m enjoying other products from the company.

I’ve had great luck with DDF products, and this was on sale for $10 at TJ Maxx so I thought I’d try it out.
Really light foam. Didn’t do anything for me and I would still get zits along my chin/jawline. Didn’t seem to be drying out the zits – one positive is that it does not dry out my skin, but I get that with other cleansers. I’ll be going back to Desert Essence Thoroughly Clean Face Wash with Organic Tea Tree Oil and Awapuhi. I’ll re-use the DDF foaming pump bottle though!
Definitely not worth the full retail price. Would not purchase again.
