I spotted this in the Clearance section of my local SDM, read the packaging and thought, for $5 why not? This is a thick cream dispensed from an airless pump plastic bottle, rather generous in size, especially for the price I paid! I wish more products came in this type of packaging. It also comes with a muslin cloth. Basically you apply a pump of the lotion to dry skin, massage in with fingers, kind of like a cleansing balm only this will not turn to oil but it will break down makeup and even remove mascara. Then you use a “hot” wet muslin cloth to gently wipe everything off your skin. I do not use hot water, just warm, and when I say “gently” wipe, I mean GENTLY otherwise you may irritate your skin. I do like having the muslin cloth to remove the product because not only does it do the job well, it also rinses clean and doesn’t smell like a typical face cloth does after using it a few times. The extra bonus of this cloth is that if you have any dry flaky bits it does a better job exfoliating them than a regular face cloth does (in my opinion). I doubt I will be able to find this again since it was on clearance and that’s a shame but I will continue to use the muslin cloth to remove cleansing balms as well as with my creamy cleansers when I need some physical exfoliation.
