Has a light sweet fragrance. Contains 2% salicylic acid. I found this to be an effective cleanser that rinses clean. I found it effective for my combination skin which is prone to blackheads and occasional breakouts. The downside for me is this cleanser containing menthol. There is no reason for this to be in any acne care product. It is a potential skin irritant.

This cleanser contains fragrance, menthol, and peppermint, all of which are irritants that can exacerbate acne. There are much better cleansers on the market. I will not purchase.

I actually really like this cleanser. I think it’s my favorite Clean & Clear face wash because it does an excellent job of cleansing and my skin feels balanced afterwards. I notice with C&C cleansers they have either way too much glycerin or they contain sodium laureth sulfate or sodium C14-C16 olefin sulfonate, which my skin can’t handle and goes on an oil rebound an hour after using them. But this cleanser is good! I like the menthol cooling sensation at the end of a hot, sticky day. Probably the best acne cleanser I’ve found!

Absolutely love this product. Went up to see my family for a week and all they would do was comment on my acne so I decided to change my face wash routine and saw this face wash in the stores. I use this along side either my herbalism cleanser from lush or my dr. moritas charcoal cleaner, depending on the day. Pair all of this with a witch hazel toner and some ponds moisturizer and my skin is baby smooth and my acne is completely clear!!
