I’ve been burning this candle just about every day since Christmas Eve and can’t get enough of it. I was surprised to discover how mild the mint fragrance notes are. As the previous reviewer stated, it’s heavy on the marshmallow and light on the mint. Very different from the Twisted Peppermint candle fragrance. It fills a room nicely though, and I’m thrilled with it. Finally, I’ve burned this candle for at least 20 hours, and it’s not quite half gone. So the burn time will be at the high end of the 25-45 hours advertised by B&BW. Great value, especially when purchased on sale.

What a delicate, sweet confection! Peppermint Marshmallow smells as soft as real marshmallows, lightly laced with peppermint. It’s not overly-minty, what you get is a light balance between sugar and marshmallow notes, with just enough mint to make it giggle. That’s what it is to me, simply innocent and sweet like a child’s giggle. Throw is medium-strong, but note it’s not as heavy as their vanilla scents. BBW uses a variety of jars for Peppermint Marshmallow (it’s a re-release) and this year they poured it in a perfectly pastel clear pink glass container. I think it would be perfect with a white Christmas tree! Try pairing this scent with Spruce, the sweetest of BBW’s evergreen-type candles. Spruce has some sugar notes that play well with Peppermint Marshmallow.
