This, first of all, is not really a bronzer, it is more of an illuminator. Do not expect to use it for contouring on its own. I apply this over my foundation on cheekbones and cheek before my blusher and it gives this heavenly glow…like a sun kissed kind of look. I also use it over contour to give that contour an extra shimmer. The middle part is just shimmer i think which u add to the outer part if u want an extra glow, on its own it really doesn’t do much. The brush, i love! But not for using with the sexy booster, but for nose contouring it’s perfect! For the booster i use a fan or stipple brush to apply.the smell is great too…i didnt even need to wear perfume it stood out on its own. Would love to purchase again when ive finished with this one.

Another fun bronzer from P.F. It’s a bit too shimmery to use on my entire face but it,s fun to use as an accent on those dull skin days. The smell isn’t overpowering and the color is great on my NC42 skin. The packaging is adorable but not something I would keep in my purse, I’d be afraid of it opening up.

I had a pressed bronzer from a different brand that I had hit pan on. That product traveled horribly and crumbled when I flew down south. So I just recently bought this, and I’ve only tried it a few times. So far I really like it! I bought the bronzer shade because I have olive undertones and the light shade looked relatively close to my natural skin tone. This isn’t orange or red like most drugstore bronzers. I apply it with my Real Techniques expert face brush on the sides of my face. It has a subtle warm, but sweet smell. I’m usually not a fan of sweet or vanilla scents, so naturally, I had to pop it out of the package and take a whiff in store before purchasing. I loved the scent after smelling it. The first time I tried it, it was all I could smell. I usually use a fruity, somewhat floral perfume, and it didn’t mesh well with this scent–it was too conflicting. So, if I wear this product, I either do not wear perfume at all, or just wear something with a similar warmth and a little bit of spice. It does have some sparkle and shimmer in it, but it’s not too obvious. But because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this if you are in the market for a contouring product. I’m bad at contouring, so I just use this for added color and a glowy sheen. The packaging is adorable and as far as I can tell, quite durable. I appreciate the mirror and little brush hiding in the back side, but I find the brush to be a little stiff, but definitely not bad for on-the-go. I have yet to put it to the attraction test, but I hope it works as well as it claims, because that would be very impressive.

The darker color is nice. But the lighter corset has a harder texture that doesn’t pick up on the brush well and it has chunky glitter sparkles that randomly sparkle on the face in a way I don’t enjoy. The box is cute but bulky to store in my bag or drawer.

This is a lovely bronzer! Yes, it is pricey (I paid around $12 at Wal Mart) and I often go back and forth in my mind debating if this is worth the money. I was between this Sexy Booster Bronzer and the regular “Shimmer Strips” which was a few dollars cheaper. However, the adorable packaging and the lovely smell are cute touches that are worth the extra few dollars. This is not a matte bronzer to me – not even the darker bronzer. It has a slight sheen to it, while the middle golden bronzer adds the most beautiful glow. I use a fluffy powder brush and brush this on after I finish my blush and foundation. I look tan and sun kissed – but not over the top! The balance of the darker bronzer paired with the shimmer of the golden bronzer makes the most beautiful color. The smell is a slightly floral vanilla, but not too cupcakey. I can’t smell it after I apply it, but the smell does linger on my makeup brushes! Overall, I think this will last me a while. It’s a great summer product and I’d definitely repurchase. I am also NC25/30 for reference!

I have this bronzer in the Light version. My skin is NW 20 / Colorstay Sand Beige, combination, and acne-prone. This bronzer works for me. I was surprised because I never thought I could wear anything remotely gold-ish with my coloring. The color is subtle which I like, but may not work on ladies who are not fair-skinned. It gives me some shimmer without magnifying my pores or making me look oily. I’ve overdone it with the gold a couple times but the extra glitter was easy to wipe off or tone down. I love the vanilla scent and it doesn’t break me out. I can’t say it makes me feel sexier, but it does give me a happy boost when I get a whiff. I add a pop of the Happy Booster blush- Natural on the apples of my cheeks and they blend nicely.
I took off a lippie for packaging – the brush and mirror are unnecessary IMO. I bought it for 40% off at Rite Aid but I’m OK with the regular price because it’s a quality product that I will use regularly.

Before I get to the review, I gotta say, I felt like I was reading a dirty Russian novel reading Vida Suicides review. guys drooling over the intoxicating scent of her bronzer in a tattoo shop. LOL. Anyways, let’s rave about this sexy bronzer. Although I have to agree that a little part of me was disappointed it didn’t make guys cross the street into oncoming traffic just to get a whiff of my skin bronzer, 😉 I do however, love the fact my skin looks and smells a little sexier wearing this bronzer. Perfect glow bronze ratio. Some of their bronzers are too shimmery, but this was the type of bronzer where you can control the amount of highlight you prefer (which is the centered gold corset) and the matte. Personally, I love most PF products, and this is another hit. Their bronzers give big expensive brands a run for their money, they are such great quality, and I highly recommend giving this brand a try!

love this Bronzer because it’s not dark. it’s not orangey on my skin either. more like a golden shade. I put is over my contour & I love the way it blends in with my skin. you can build upon the color nicely. I love the smell. absolutely beautiful.

There are two versions of this product, light and regular. The light version is very much like the old Moonlight that came out a while back. The price is the same so you might as well try the cuter packaging. The darker version is the one that I really like because it works very well with my NC35 coloring. Like others said, no orange. That is the key for me in bronzers. It spreads and blends very well. Has a little bit of shimmer but the finish is more of a glow than disco ball effect. This product is very expensive compared to other drugstore brands but it is worth it.
