I bought this for just $1 at Dollar Tree, so the price is awesome for trying out a new product….especially if you like and plan to repurchase it once it’s gone! Unfortunately, it was a little too sparkly and dark for my fair/medium 50-something skin. Believe it or not though, my mom looks great in it so I gave it to her! She has a darker skin tone than me, and used sparingly it was just right for her!! Yay Mom!!! I will not repurchase this but I bet she will! Oh, and the size of the pallet is way too small to dip a decent size brush into this bronzer, so DO plan on repotting it before use.

This is a great highlighter for DDDs and WOC, and it’s only a $1! It provides a wash of golden honey/peachy rose gold shimmer to areas that I want to highlight like the tops of my cheekbones or down the center of my nose. For those of us with oily skin, highlighters are very tricky because you don’t want to appear like you are adding more shine to a greasy situation. Since the color isn’t white or too light, it seems to blend better and melt into darker skins while providing a glow. In my opinion, it’s not too glittery or shimmery. Because the color isn’t stark, I can easily adjust the intensity without fear of it being too much. Finding gems like this in a dollar store is one of the reasons makeup can be so much fun.

I use this as a highlight all the time. It’s so inexpensive and sparkly…based on youtube videos it seems comparable to the BECCA Topaz Highlight. I just hope that I can find this to repurchase it because my sister gave it to me a while ago.

I was afraid that it looked too glittery and cheaper but it’s not. I would compare it to CG Cheekers in “golden tan” but with a bronzier pigment. CG used to be my staple glow, but it’s white gold has an ashier cast on my skin tone. There’s “fallout,” but it’s a wonderful highlight for deeper/dark skin tones. It’s not strobe-worthy but a natural glow on me. I can apply this liberally and still not look like the ever-dreaded “disco-ball.” But a little goes a long way.
It has shimmer, but it’s not chunky, too much or glittery. I feel it’s not sparkly but adds a lovely sheen which catches the light. I haven’t had a problem with its wear time at all. And I’m impressed with this product, especially because it’s at the dollar tree. It’s my new fave highlighter. I think it’s beautiful and for $1, I need to stock up!
It applies smoothly for easy application.

This is a cheaper version of CoverGirl Cheekers which tbh I find the CG version better but this was $1 & can be used as a darker highlight & an eyeshadow so it is still useful even if it has an awful lot of sparklies in it. I cannot contour w this but it’s okay it’s still useful. This is similar to the ELF highlighting bronzers in the round pans. I am a big LA Colors fan for the price pointe & that they are a cruelty-free brand but they are good quality too! I bought this at Family Dollar & I have Glowing too from Dollar General which is generally the same product. I find this makes my pores look enlarged if I get it near my nose but if I keep it on my cheeks it’s all good or as an e/s (coz I have very oily skin).

This is great for the price but the packaging sucks and I would never even think of using the brush it comes with. It has a very nice glow to it and is good for a quick bronzer but to me it seems like it doesn’t last very long at all. Weird.

Bought this for $1 and I got it knowing I wasn’t going to bronze my face with it. My plans were to use it as an eyeshadow. And for that purpose, it works beautifully. I pack it on my eye with my finger, and buff out the edges with the tiniest bit of a matte crease color and I’m good to go. I don’t get fall out with this, which is amazing. The packaging is decent. It snaps just very tightly.

I bought this LA Color Bronzer and mind you Im a women of Color not to Dark but dark enough and this stuff made me look like a DISCO BALL I hated it but I did find it very useful as a eyeshadow so if your a women of color you might like it only for a highlight but with a very light hand or you will ave specks of glitter all over your face. I love the LA Color Foundation I got in color Cappuccino it match my skin just right so all there stuff aint all bad its just that this has too much shimmer in it for me

I got this because I was desperate for a bronzer for a party. Eh it was ok for what it was worth, just too glittery/shimmery. I mean, it was pretty and extremely cheap but glittery cheek products can make you look sweaty. I heard some people say that they use it as an eyeshadow, so maybe I’ll try it like that.

This is a very inexpensive little bronzer with shimmer and a very golden tone to it. I like it because it also works well as an eyeshadow and bronzer. It’s not too dark. I would buy it again.
