Love this lovely cream blush and adorable compact. The color is between a pink and a coral and although it’s a bit pale on the lips it’s definitely wearable, unlike some other products advertised as good for both lips and cheeks. Would certainly repurchase!

This cream blush is similar to Stila Convertible Colors and Bobbi Brown Pot Rouges, which I’ve used for years. This color is especially flattering on fair-to-light skin tones. It makes you look a bit more awake and lively and it complements blue eyes. I apply to the apples of the cheeks and pat and blend with fingers, but you can use a sponge.
PROS:
1. This is a lovely soft coral rouge, for a natural-looking flush of color. Perfect for Spring and Summer.
2. Lasts all day on my cheeks without fading.
3. I love the way cream blushes melt into the skin and look as though they are part of you, which powder blushes never do.
4. The soft pastel shade works well as a sheer lip color as well as a blush.
5. The packaging is charming. It features Norman Parkinson’s retro style photo of a bathing beauty on the lid. The mirrored rose gold compact is a good size for a small purse, in case you do want to use it as a lip color as well and want to carry it around for touch-ups.
6. This fledgling UK brand doesn’t test on animals.
CONS:
1. The price. $58 is insane, especially when Bobbi Brown’s similar Pot Rouges are $29 each and Stila Convertible Colors are $25 each.
TIP: Cream blushes work best on skin that is normal, combination-to-dry, and dry. They can sit well on oily skin but if you are acne-prone, keep in mind that there are waxes in rouges. Personally, I have not broken out from using this or any of my other cream blushes, but I’m not as oily as I used to be.
