This is a typical lip gloss, though I feel this line of Avon lip glosses is pretty true to color, especially this one. It’s a simple baby-pinkish color that’s creamy and buildable. It doesn’t have much staying power, though most lip glosses any brand in my experience don’t. These glosses are inexpensive ($6) and usually you can find some sort of deal on them. (Right now they’re $3.) This product just isn’t exactly my cup of tea anymore. Avon in general is hit or miss for me with this product falling somewhere in the middle. The quality is ok, packaging cheap, price low. I generally don’t use lip glosses much anymore. I would probably consider some of the bolder colors of this line since they are very inexpensive.

I have all the colours and shades, I love it and quite moisturizing and look sprofessional MLBB shade, not mty HG, bit close enough, I carry one iwth me in my purse, it looks like the MAC Viva Galm V knock off, it’s great, staying power better than wet ‘n’ wild not as long as Clinique and MAC, it’s not thin-waery or (thick and messy) it”s just right, fiv egolden stars for you Avon, i like how Avon does not test on animal sand is hypoallergenic like Clinique, and cheaper than many brands

Fiends!! Scoundrels!! Cads!! Avon RUINED this gloss. They have changed the formula from it’s original creamy, stay put, moisturizing and pigmented one to a clear, sheer, wet and boring one, no different than the hundreds of other average lip glosses out there today –
but to add insult to injury, they changed the color too! Darling Pink was a lovely nudish pink, creamy and soft, with a slight gold shimmer – perfect for a no makeup day, or to pair with a smokey eye. It had a yummy vanilla cake scent, too. But now the color is just clear pink. If you hold the old one up against the new, the colors are not even in the same ballpark. I can’t believe they are even calling it Darling Pink.
Dang. I really should have stocked up when it was still the old formula. But how could I have known they would make such a drastic change, to both color and texture?

This looks Barbie plastic peppermint pink in the tube but don’t be fooled as this is the ‘shine formula’ it goes on quite sheer and over a nude liner this looks amazing for a cooler toned pink nude lip. Great with purple makeup looks or just for a casual lip. I am warm toned but can pull this one off. super creamy and moisturising as per all Glazewears.

When I was in high school, I loved Avon lip glosses. I thought I’d try them again since I haven’t used their products in years. I was really disappointed when I tried this one. The color is pretty nice for my skin tone and I also think the packaging is really nice. However, the product itself is awful. It has this distinct smell to it (the smell reminds me of my grandmother’s lipsticks) which I’m not fond of. It makes my lips feel so dry, so I usually need to put a lip balm underneath before I apply it. I doesn’t seem to last very long on my lips, I know it’s a lip gloss and it won’t last all day, but it seems to wear off a lot fast than my other lip glosses(e.g., Urban Decay, Clinique, etc…). This is a product I won’t repurchase.

I have about 8 Avon Glazewears, which I bought when they’re $3.00 apiece on sale. There is nothing really magical about them, but they are such good glosses, and Darling Pink is one of the most popular colors for a reason. In fact, that’s the one color I own two of: one for my purse and one for my bathroom. It’s a wearable blue-pink that reminds me of Viva Glam Gaga with a little bit of golden shimmer that warms the color up and makes it wearable no matter your skin tone or age. The formula is really smooth without being too thick or sticky. I swear, this is probably the least sticky glosses I’ve ever tried, and that includes my other 2 faves, Nars and Buxom. What I like best about them is that to get color payoff you don’t have to pack them on. You can get a really decent hint of color with a sheer application, but get awesome color with just a bit more. I haven’t bought any for a long time, so I just looked at Avon’s website and found that they actually have all the same colors I bought over a year ago. Unlike, with many of their products, Avon’s had this product range and color selection for a years. I mention this because Avon is so notorious for dc’ing product ranges and people’s favorite colors. And they’re on sale now! So get some, you’ll like them.

First I have to say I really, really love the formular of these glosses. I got the mini size sample of this color and I loved it so much I bought 2 full size tubes. It’s not sticky at all, not an oily, watery formular, rather it is just the perfect consistency. It’s a beautiful true pink, without the dreadful glitter, definitely an MLBB lipgloss for me. Lasts for a couple of hours on me and really moisturizes my lips. Will continue purchasing.

Cannot go wrong with this product, or this color. I also tend to purchase in the shade “Rave” when I order. It’s not as shiny or as “wet” as some lip glosses, which may be a bummer for some, but I actually prefer the smoother stuff without all the goop. It’s a very flattering shade of pink even for fair skin shades, and the gloss isn’t overly sticky, nor is it goopy, so it won’t go all over your teeth or drip off your lips. Just a tad goes a long way. Great bargain.

AVON seriously has the best lip glosses in my book and Darling Pink is an absolutely beautiful color. It provides a perfect shine with a sheer rosy pink color, very neutral. I currently own the mini gloss version and I plan to order the bigger version!

I LOVE Glazewear! For its price (and it is always on sale, usually about $3) it is great. It lasts for hours and makes my lips lovely. I have several shades and they are a wonderful compliment to any one of my lipsticks. Absolute love. This is a permanent component to my cosmetic bag.
