This is for the C-Systems Curl Defining Cream. Dare I say HG material……Hydrates and holds my long, dry, flyaway hair. Just came back from a walk and can’t believe there is no puff and frizz (I live in humid Vancouver). I use water and a couple drops of lavender essential oil for scent to refresh after about 8 hours. Second day hair same routine, spray with water scrunch and go!! Awesome!! Edit: Leaves hair feeling stiff and dirty and the bottle leaks.

I’m now on my third bottle. My stylist put me onto it, teaching me to mix it in my hands with a bit of serum to make the hold less sticky and crunchy. I put it in my fine, curly hair when it’s about 2/3 dry and let it dry naturally. It really defines my curls, cuts frizz and enhances some of the wimpier ones. The hold lasts all day, even in rain. Love it.
My one complaint: I wish the package was a tube. Once the bottle is about 2/3 empty, it’s hard to get out, so I have to store it upside down and it’s always toppling over.

This is a really good curl cream. Mine smells like oranges too. For a high-end product, it was reasonably priced.
It provided really good definition to my curls. My hair was soft, but not frizzy, after using this. My hair feels clean, like I don’t have product in my hair. I like that a lot.
There are no silicones, so no build up.
Will definitely buy this again!

I tried this product because I think I remember reading that this is supposedly what was used on the set of Sex and the City for Sarah Jessica Parker’s curly hair. I didn’t get a rose scent of my defining cream, but more of an orange oil/herbal scent. This is a great styling product! My curls did turn out more defined and my hair seemed to dry faster. I really didn’t use that much of the product because I was afraid my hair would become crunchy, but there was no crunchiness! I did have a tiny touch of frizz so I will add a bit more next time to see what happens. My hair is also shiny, moveable, and soft to the touch. Would buy again!

Love this rose-scented cream! I use a very small amount on the roots of my hair, and sometimes mix it with the MOP styling foam, (a trick my stylist showed me), and work it through my entire head of hair to encourage the natural wave in my hair. Can’t stress enough that MOP products should be used only sparingly – too much can weigh down hair.

I use this on my very thick, very curly hair to keep it from looking like one undifferentiated mass of frizz, and I love it. It works best, however, when my hair is relatively short (I have it in a “pixie” now). When my locks are grown out, Defining Cream simply isn’t enough to keep them under control. (I pretty much have to resort to shellac to rein in my hair by that point, anyway!)

This is the best product for my hair, I have a short choppy style and this is the one product that keeps it in place all day. It is not a hard finish so my hair is still moveable and 125ml bottle lasts at least 6 weeks for me with using it every day. It is a lovely texture a sort of cream like serum, you need just a small amount. The bottle it comes in is great as it has the type of nozzle that you can apply straight onto the hair if you so wish.
