I wanted to love these but alas none of the colors were great for me. Received it as a gwp so didn’t pay extra for it but the colors are all very pink based. I feel they are all cool toned too. Just can’t get past the colors.

This was a gwp and a wonderful surprise! very generous four tubes, flatering shades (though 2 are quite similar and maybe too light for darker skin tones)..smooth feeling, on the non -sticky side, lasting glosses. Perfect for a natural, kissable, fresh look,.. why cant I purchase this??

I wish PC would make these a part of her permanent collection. Thus far, they’ve been available only as a GWP. I have never been impressed with PC’s make up; items either outright suck, or they are decent but replaceable in cheaper brands. These liquid lipsticks (really lip glosses), however, are amazing! They are sheer, so they can be worn to work or for a night out. They have a silicone slick texture that keeps your lips moisturized for hours without the hair-catching stickiness. The closest thing I can compare these to are Bobbi Brown’s Liquid Lipsticks, though those are opaque, thicker, and don’t have the same slick silicone feeling.

This is a limited edition collection which is sometimes offered as a gift with purchase.
The formula is very nice. It isn’t exactly “non-sticky,” as the packaging claims–my hair sticks to it when I’m out in the wind–but it’s not as goopy as others of its type. It has good lasting power for a gloss, applies smoothly and keeps lips soft even without balm underneath.
Colors: for reference, I’m in my late 50’s, with the faint beginnings of lines around my mouth (but I experience no bleeding of lip color with this or any other product). I have pale skin, but full and well-pigmented lips. My hair is dark reddish-brown with a little gray.
–Watermelon Pink–a nice bright pink. A little brighter than my lips, but not clownish.
–Vintage Pink–a light pink. I found this the least flattering of the lot, since it’s lighter than my natural lip color, and makes me look a bit washed-out. But, true to its name, it reminds me of the pastel lip colors of the 60’s, so I still wear it occasionally when I’m feeling nostalgic.
–Cherry Red–true to its name. It has a bit of shimmer, unlike the others, but only a bit. I was afraid this would be too garish on me, but I actually liked the look.
–Festive Rose–this is the one I thought would be most flattering, and so it is. It’s my-lips-but-shinier.
The packaging is not frilly, but the tubes are nice heavy glass, and you get a lot of product, especially considering it was a freebie! I’m glad I got it.
