I have the set of this in the perfume, body lotion, & shower gel from Kmart.com & I was surprised how much I lurve this! I get a whole lot of coconut off this w some musk & Berry. It is a treat! I wasn’t really a fan of Beyoncé’s other fragrances but this is really nice! Fruity & tropical like an island exotic getaway in the middle of January. Reminds me of bath&bodyworks Dark Kiss def Beyoncé’s best offering. This sort of reminds me of a juicy type perfume, but be warned the lotion/body wash isn’t as strong as the perfume. The bottle is pretty girly purple ombré. All in all a good scent not a lot of complexity but a good scent for DS perfume. The set is $21.

the bottle is very pretty and looks nice on your dresser. i got the set with body wash, cream and perfume for $8 after Christmas so I cant complain about the price.
as for the scent….i can identity a specific note but find its a clean floral scent. the body wash and cream had pretty much no smell though. its not a magical scent, not something identifiable but its nice enough. i dont generally wear it out but when im hanging around the house it serves just fine.

This perfume haha, don’t get me wrong I do like it, it’s pleasant and a nice sweet feminine fragrance with floral undertones. Not sickly sweet and perfect for spring/summer. It’s nice but nothing extraordinary to me personally and because I have quite a large perfume collection I barely reach for it. However, when I do, no joke I get TONS of compliments mostly from men haha, I literally get stopped and asked/complimented on my scent so I guess it’s a winner!
Unfortunately the lid on this perfume is kind of flimsy and when I carried it around in my bag it broke, which was probably my own fault as it wasn’t sturdy from the start. Also, the lasting power isn’t insane which is why I need to carry it around but I do like this perfume!

Mmmm…boysenberries with coconut…sexy amber, orchid, and a hint of woodsy musk. This is sweet without being cloying or too candied (which I can only take in small doses). This is sexy and tropical—but it lasts much longer than a fruity body mist and is a sexy-tropical, not a “I want to drink this boozy beverage” sort of way. I actually really enjoy all of Beyonce’s scents, they are sexy and fun. This one was really affordable, I think I picked it up for $10 in the half oz size at Fred Meyer. 1-2 sprays gets me 3-4 hours of wear and it’s such a lovely heady smell that I don’t want to overdo it with more. I think I’m going to try layering this with my Trader Joe’s coconut body butter for a real tropical treat! A lot less linear than I had expected, for the money. I am quite pleased.

I didn’t actually purchase this, but just tried out a tester in store. I can’t tell you how much I hate this.
It was horrible! It had an artificial sweet, flowery scent that was very strong. It was like someone had liquified some cheap, syrupy candy, mixed it with some bad air freshener and put it in a bottle. I made the mistake of actually spraying it on my wrist, and even though it was just a little bit, it was almost nauseating smelling it on the car ride home. My boyfriend agreed that it smelled awful.
It certainly was long lasting, and came in a pretty bottle. Those are the only good things I can say about it.

This scent is perfection bottled. The best of everything wrapped up in 1 heavenly fragrance. This is not cloying or heavy at all. Is very clean smelling, fruity, floral, exotic, and with just a touch of woods in the drydown. After showering and applying unscented lotion, this lasted my entire 12 hour work shift. My fiance loves this scent and is often opposed to my frags. Sillage is light to moderate but I love that this perfume is not overwhelming me all day. Just a beautiful come hither linger. Bottle is also gorgeous. 5/5 for this, cannot wait for the shower gel and body lotion.

I’ve been after a not too summery perfume which contains a long note of coconut in it for a while now, and Heat Wild Orchid is the most enjoyable fragrance with the longest and least synthetic coconut note that I’ve found so far – The note lasts through the top and heart of the fragrance, and lasts as the perfume fades into the base.
The coconut entwines nicely with the boysenberry. The fruits are sweet, but not too sweet like they are in the earlier Heat editions, so this fragrance is easier to wear and not too summery. In short the fruits are nicely done.
Floral wise; the honeysuckle is the easiest to pick out on myself and I can also pick out the listed magnolia. The strongest floral on me is something that is very similar to violet, just a bit more ‘fizzy’. Is this is what ‘butterfly orchid’ is? I really like it, whatever it is.
In my opinion this is the most appealing fragrance in the Heat and Pulse lines so far, as the sweetness isn’t as sickly and the floral notes are more developed on me, in comparison to the other Heat and Pulse fragrances.
Scent notes: pomegranate, coconut water and boysenberry. A bold floral bouquet of butterfly orchid, blooming magnolia and honeysuckle is the heart. Blonde woods, skin musk and amber.
