This is my go to eyeliner. I switch off between this shade and black. It glides on so smoothly and easily. I will definitely continue to buy it!

Within an hour of wearing eye makeup, I become a raccoon no matter what I do. This smudges a little bit but not as much as other products I’ve tried.
(I have “yellow” skin because I am Asian, but my undertone is cool. So, grey is much better than brown for my eye brow, eye line, or eye crease. If you are cool-toned, you might want to try this.)

My HG pencil liner. It does not budge, smudge or run which is a huge win for me. And the price is right. It is easy to draw lines on both the upper and lower lashes. Tip: make sure you buy the NYX sharpener. I had been using a MAC sharpener on NYX’s liners, but was unable to get a nice point. This is my third purchase of the gunmetal liner. I also have every other color in this liner. I only wish they would make a navy version. The blue liner in this line is way too bright, as in WAAAAAAHHH bright. 🙂 I’m sorry I didn’t stumble across NYX sooner. I’d have saved myself some serious cash.

NYX Slide On Eye Pencil is advertised as providing robust color and doesn’t smear or smudge. This is one product that lives up to its advertising.
Purchased this online at Ulta in color Gun Metal. It looks like a light grayish/black color in the pic online, but when applied, don’t see a hint of gray. Nonetheless, happy with the color. The eye pencil is so creamy and glides on like silk. There are sparkles in this eye pencil, but it doesn’t jump out at you. No one would look at you and say, “you’re wearing sparkly eyeliner.” What it does do is soften the dark eyeliner and gives it a semi-shiny finish, which I think makes my eyes pop.
Eye pencil costs $7.99, and for the quality of this product, it’s a good deal. Looking forward to purchasing other colors in this line.

Fantastic–absolute HG. I like this BETTER than UD Oil Slick–the price has a lot to do with that, and the packaging is eco-friendlier. This goes on easily, stays on for a long time, works well in waterline and tightlining–then I do a softer line and boom. Done. Thank god I work near Harmon’s so I can pick up more.
Seriously, I love. If NYX had a navy I would happily buy that instead of UD Sabbath. But they don’t. Not yet, at least. . .

These apply very easily – better than any pencil I have ever tried. I was a devoted liquid liner user for many years. However, after buying this pencil just about two months ago, I find myself reaching for it more and more when I want a softer or just different look. I chose the gunmetal grey for a little diversity and because I am very fair and have very light eyes. I sort of wish that there was less sparkle – or at least a grey option w/o sparkle.

I like this one, it’s a darker silver with sparkles in it. I picked it up because I could have fun doing smokey eyes with this. I love this line and the formula, though this isn’t my favorite one, I liked it enough to get it. 🙂
Opps just kidding I use it all the time 🙂

I love these liners, I live in Texas where it’s humid and it’s usually 100+ degrees. These do not budge once they set and they are very comparable to UD liners in terms of glide, colors, and staying power. These are obviously much cheaper options and I like them just as much if not more. This color is a shimmery dark grey that looks very sophisticated and beautiful on the eyes, I am absolutely smitten with it even though i’m scared of wearing anything other than black as liner…i’m trying to get comfortable with less intense colors, though. I highly recommend these liners to anyone wanting a great alternative to UD or high end liners.

My all time fav for eyeliner is Urban Decay 24/7 zero. I ran out of my UD and although I had a new UD sitting in my room, I wanted to try the NYX slide on eyeliner – the cheaper alternative for UD as what my friend told me.
The first one I got was in Jet Black. As I always like the zero which is not TOO black in my opinion, I did not like the jet black too much. However, I did like the formula of the eyeliner. It’s creamy, easy to glide on, stays on well, however IMO it has a tendancy to smudge on the eyelid compare to UD. But with just half the price of UD, I am down.
I went to ulta to get both the shades azure and gunmetal. IMO gunmetal is more of a dark grey but it appears to be more similar to UD zero. I havent given enough time to test the eyeliner out but now I am satisfied with the result so far.

I like this one! Minus 1 because I think that it doesn’t stand out too strongly with its pigmentation and has a tendency to fade after a whole day (unlike Jet Black, which is strong from beginning ’til end) but it glides on, stays on, is simply beautiful and great in softer smokier look.
