I already owned this in Cadillac Pink, so I wanted to try another shade. Peach is one of those shades that varies so wildly that it’s always a kind of crap shoot for a good shade fit for my NC42 skintone. This is a neon shade of orange, that applies quite sheer. It can probably be built up but it would be a sticky mess imo. I like this product for topping orange or coral lipsticks that need a touch of shine for a bit more dimension.
I agree with the other reviews here – taking it out of doors or putting dirty fingers in it will juts make a mess because it is going to attract dust and dirt. I’d rather apply it indoors with a lip brush for the sake of sanity. Will I but it again? Probably not because there is a ton of product in that pot. But is is pretty to look at and quite nice to have around. The smell is indeed a kind of intense, artificial vanilla, but it goes away quickly once applied.
Ingredients:
Pout Polish is a tinted lip conditioning balm that nourishes whilst providing a subtle hint of colour and a natural sheen. Formulated with SPF 15 and natural oils such as almond oil, shea butter and Vitamin E, keeping lips protected and moisture locked in.
Note: This is classified as a balm, not a gloss.

This may be great for someone with another skin tone, but when I got it, I found it was very, very orange.
Pros:
-Inexpensive
-Moisturizes
Cons:
-Very, very orange, can be clumpy orange that feathers too.
-Has a strange odor that lingers. All pout polishes from Sleek seem to be duping Mac’s Tinted Lip Conditioner. Mac’s product has a very light natural vanilla scent that fades out right after you apply. Sleek’s has a very strong, chemical-based vanilla scent that decomposes quickly into something that smells like Playdough. Not joking here. You need to pat in on to help disperse the smell.

Love this stuff! Beautiful colour – very bright but still totally wearable. You can layer on as much colour as you want, from a really soft stain to full on glossy bright peach, and it won’t bleed.
My only complaint is the smell. It’s like coconut/vanilla, and it’s pretty overwhelming.

I love the colour, but it’s not as long-lasting as I’d hoped. I love that it’s not sticky. I hate the smell. I’m not keen sticking my fingers into pots of gloss. I suspect that when it comes to gloss, I’m just going to have to bite the bullet and spend more on Bloom glosses which tend to tick all my boxes.
Just a little ammendment….. It tends to get “gritty” on the lips. Perhaps it’s because I keep it in my handbag (in the car, etc.). Meanwhile, when mixed with Perfect Plum, I have a new fave colour, so can’t take of any lippies!

I love this. It looks really bright in the pot, but is quite sheer when you apply it. The smell is a bit coconut-y which I don’t love. It’s like a tinted balm so doesn’t last a long time, but it is quite pigmented and probably falls somewhere between a balm and a stain which is ideal for me as I find a lot of lipsticks too drying. Unlike lipstick, this also wears off evenly do you don’t need to worry about how it looks once you’ve apploed it. A bargain as well!

The only reason I bought this was because I wanted the MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner in Gentle Coral. However, I’d heard it was discontinued so I ran to Selfridges to find out and the SA confirmed what I’d heard! Nooo. This is a very decent substitute at £4.29 when compared to MAC’s £11 but it definitely has it’s cons.
I have the MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner in Fuchsia Fix and it tastes and smells so much better, like sweet vanilla. The Sleek one smells like sugary coconut, which I hate but it’s not overpowering and I can forget about it. The Pout Polish leaves a disgusting aftertaste in my mouth (I think it’s the SPF) but I don’t get that with the MAC one as it only tastes sweet with no sour, bitter after taste. It tastes like you’ve inhaled some kind of chemicals which stick to the back of your throat.
The packaging is a large shallow tub. Yes it’s unhygienic but I sanitise my hands before using it. I also find it a little awkward putting the lid back on because it feels light and cheap and it doesn’t screw on evenly all the time, in comparison to the MAC one.
It looks absolutely terrifying in the pot but all you need it a tiny, tiny amount for a nice sheer wash of colour. It’s quite thick but once spread on the lips it warms feels like Carmex. It is very, very pigmented so be careful! You should definitely use a mirror when applying this! It makes lips look juicy, provides a beautiful wash of coral and it looks natural. It’s softer than the MAC Tinted Lip Conditioner which might be a pro or a con – it’s easy to pick up product and you won’t be rubbing your finger around in it for ages but you might pick up way too much product, over load the lips by accident and be left with an orange finger. Also, in the summer I would imagine this would easily become much softer so be careful!
I think this would look best on tanned skin tones in the summer and I would love to try Perfect Plum.
I wouldn’t apply with a lip brush because I think it would pick up too much pigment. If you put it on dry lips it’s not going to make them soft, it’s not going to heal them or get rid of the dry skin for you. So overnight I use Carmex so my lips are soft and smooth, then apply this which maintains the softness throughout the day.
I can see this lasting for a very, very long time but my only gripes are the width of the pot – I much prefer the way the MAC one is less shallow and the other gripe is the taste of the SPF which MAC have managed to avoid but Sleek have failed.

Lovely smell, very well pigmented and moisturising.
Great for the price.

For only £3.41 you really can’t go wrong with this!
It does look very neon in th flat and wide tub, but when you pat it on very lightly is transforms into a sheer wash of bright coral. Very flattering on my pale skin and the glossy texture makes my lips look divine.
The one problem I’ve always had with lip products is that they’re just so drying they ball up and look terrible after 10 minutes or so.
This however, keeps my lips soft and smooth and the lines look filled in and plumper. I’m guessing this must have a wax base.
I quite like the tub packaging as I’m not too squeamish about hygeine since it’s only me who will be using it, but I can see why others might find it offputting.
Overall, I really like this and will be buying the other colours in this range as soon as I can 🙂

The colour is a touch scary in the pot, but on it’s actually a nice wearable orangey red. It’s very pigmented though so you can’t slap it on willy nilly (or you’ll look like a kid who’s been eating strawberries)
The packaging, though it looks quite nice is a bit of a no no in my book as every time you open it up there’s a huge expanse of sticky gloss just waiting for bits of fluff and dust to stick to it.
I don’t find it lasts hugely long on the lips, but for the price it’s great.
Oh, and it has a lovely toffee vanilla smell – just like creme caramel.
