I am so bummed this product has been disconintued, I went to amazon and bought 12 bottles! This stuff is great for over processed bleached hair that has been fried. I cannot believe the difference it makes on my ends. My husband said “your hair looks better now than ever”. I will be sad when I finish my 12 bottles.

This serum works wonderfully. I have colour treated hair that I blow dry and straighten daily and my ends are very damaged. I use the serum after I shampoo and condition and my hair is shiny and healthy looking. My only complaint is the size of the bottle, 15 ml, unfortunately this did not last long for me.

Best hair product I have ever used. Smells nice without being overly-perfumed. Makes my hair feels healthy without feeling greasy or heavy. That’s the most important point for me. Price is reasonable too. Recently finished up this product and I wanted to try something else, so I bought Dove Nutritive Therapy Nourishing Oil Care Leave-in Smoothing Cream because of its high rating. It doesn’t even compare to this product. I will repurchase this product until its discontinued.

This serum works great on my short, semi-dry hair. I use it after the shower when my hair is shampooed and conditioned, it adds that extra conditioning that I need. Its non-greasy and just one pump is all I need.
Ive also used it before I apply my styling product, just as great and makes my hair soft and healthy looking. I will not be without this treatment.

Does nothing for dry thick hair, even though it claims to,
I liked the idea of this but sadly was not impressed.

I bought this with little expectations, as I’ve never had luck with serums. The only serum I ever liked is “Skinny” by Paul Mitchell which I ran out of. I use the loreal total repair shampoo & conditioner set and have been for over a year now and just love it so I figured why not? Well, I love the packaging, especially that it comes with a pump-no mess. It smells so so good! It’s not greasy or heavy and doesn’t weigh my hair down which is awesome! It adds shine and silkyness and seems to tame a lot of frizz and split ends. No complaints! I use this after shampooing and conditioning on damp hair, 2 pumps and I just love it! I have thin, fine hair so I really appreciate a serum that doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it look greasy. I also really think this would be great for those of you with oily hair as it doesn’t add to that 🙂

I have tried L’Oreal total repair 5 hair serum, and I am totally in love with it. It makes my hair more managable and gorgeous. The affordable price makes it easily fit into my budget. You can check more detailed review here: Loreal Total Repair 5 Instant Smoothing and Nourishing Oil Serum Review

I have no complaints about this product. It was a trial run, as I picked it up on sale for $3.99, so my expectations were low from the beginning. Surprisingly, the product exceeded my expectations: smells delicious, does a great job at temporarily sealing the split ends, adds nice shine to your hair and there’s a little blonde motivation: the red in the serum helps cancel out any green you may have in your hair. It doesn’t do the greatest job at keeping your hair tangle-free completely, but it keeps it relatively silky smooth all day. I have long, very fine naturally blond hair. I’d repurchase even at a regular price.
*update* I’m on my 5th bottle at this point, it’s a favourite. It does not cause any breakouts, in case you’re acne-prone. Target has them on sale for $3.99 almost all the time.

I had a bit of trouble reviewing this one. I believe it’s a new product (or it’s new to me, anyway) and I was eager to give it a try since my hair is on the dry side (esp after the cold winter). It’s a serum with a ‘double pump’; it provides two different types of serum one clear, one red that you mix together and then apply to your ends.
On the positive side, it smells nice but not too strong, and I do find it makes my ends less dry and a lot smoother. On the less positive side, the package does not have a lot of product – I have a lot of hair and I went through one package in less than a week… Also, the delivery is kind of weird. For some reason I keep thinking it’s giving me more of one type than the other! But maybe that’s all in my head.
The price was good (around $5 at Shoppers Drug Mart) and the product does seem to work – just wish there was more of it.
