I took a terrible tumble three weeks before my daughter’s wedding. My chin, knees and hands took the brunt. It was a miracle i didn’t break my jaw. The bruising was awful. I used this product in the two weeks before the wedding and it helped to break up the bruising. Now I use it under the eyes.
This is not going to alleviate a problem that is hereditary but it does soothe and cool and I would buy it again.

My main concern is the dark circles under my eyes. I’ve been using as directed for the most part, but some days only once a day. I haven’t noticed a difference after about 2 weeks. Will keep using because it does feel really good going on. Once finished, may not repurchase if dark circles don’t improve.

If my night was too short, or I had a bad night (It immediately shows in really puffy bags underneath my eyes) , this is my holy grail.
My eye area is very sensitive, so I don’t use it as an everyday treatment, but when needed, this is the only thing that will help.
(If I use it on a daily basis, I can feel dryness coming up.)
You roll it underneath your eyes, then wait until it’s dry to put on your daycream.
I can always ‘feel’ it working, it really thightens the area.
No other cream or treatment does this for me.
It’s less expencing then most high end brands and it works for me.

I was at Sephora looking for an eye cream for dark circles and one that would help prevent wrinkles in the long run. But my primary concern was dark circles since I work long, and odd hours. This is no magic treatment, but I noticed a small difference in how fresh my eyes looked in the morning. I have used it only a few times and will not be buying it again. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s one of the cheaper eye treatments when you go to sephora, perhaps a drug store brand would be cheaper and deliever the same quality. I think i will invest in something more solid next time.
P.S. I agree w/ other people commenting on how it can sting when you first put it on, so if you have sensitive skin this may not be right for you.

A sales associate at Sephora showed me this line when I told her that my skin’s become sensitive as I’ve gotten older. I was excited to hear about First Aid Beauty. However, I’ve now used several of their products and sadly, I’m unimpressed. This eye roller stings–a bad thing for the most sensitive part of the face; maybe it’s the witch hazel and menthyl lactate/menthol?? This didn’t reduce the puffiness I have in the morning either. Clinique’s All About Eyes roller did nothing either but at least it doesn’t have irritating menthol!

I purchased this at Farmer’s (New Zealand) and it was around $35. I think this product gives my eye area a noticeable lift and brighten in the morning. It’s pricey compared to other similar products, but this is the only one that has made a difference at all. The rolling ball applicator is nice and cooling. I will buy this again. It’s not a miracle product, but what is.

DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE EYES OR WEAR CONTACTS. PERIOD. I tried this on recommendation to help reduce the puffiness under my eyes and add a little hydration, and the reflects were a bonus. But every time I used it (probably three or four times to be sure) my eyes would sting and water so badly I had to take my contacts out (or couldn’t get them in at all.) I would NOT recommend this for any contact lens wearers or those with sensitive eyes. Very disappointing product from an otherwise great line.

This worked really well for puffy, allergy eyes. The packaging is fantastic and I actually cleaned out the bottle when it was empty and put a little of my own potion in it (couple of drops strong coffee, couple of drops of witch hazel, and a few pumps of Biore’ eye gel) keep in fridge and roll on in the morning. Same effect as the main ingredient here is caffeine. Had to do this since I got layed off and can’t afford to repurchase right now, but will repurchase when I start working again. Probably one of the best products I have used for puffy eyes in years.

This is ESSENTIAL for me. I’m prone to puffiness and lack of circulation around the eyes and this is one of the only things that I’ve found that really does help. The cold ball and caffeine tingle a bit when you first put it on,but after it soaks in, it really does take the puffiness away with it. I only use it in the mornings underneath an eye cream, so I can’t agree with others that it gets used up fast. I use 2 swipes under each eye then pat it in with my ring finger. I’ve been using mine for 3 months and am still slightly above the half way mark. I find that the antioxidants in the serum are great for preventative aging care and the price is perfect. I will definitely be refilling my supply wen I use this bottle up.

This help my undereye a little, but not much. It has a tingle sensation. And, it doesn’t last, because i’m already out of it a little over a month. Not an essential to life.!
