Love the excellent oil free texture, not sticky at all!!
But SPF 20 is not enough
whitening effect is too mild
Gonna continue use it as I love the texture, unless I find a similar texture product with a higher SPF

I wanted a daily moisturizer with SPF and this product claimed to have that and the added benefit to even out skin tone.
Since I used it in winter, the SPF 20 is adequate, although not the strongest.
Good points:
Soaks in quickly
Bad points:
Everything else. The consistency is very liquid, even for an “emulsion”. If used on its own, it does not have much moisturizing effect. If used with a primer, it peels off A LOT.
This means that everything else applied on top (concealer, foundation, etc….) peels horribly, creating little white, sticky balls.
I tried all sorts of primers (oily, creamy, silicon based, etc…) but the peeling occurrs always. Even on its own, it still peels away.
As an emulsion it feels too “thin” and completely sheer. I need a daily product that can be covered with some make up, so this one is useless to me.
Finally, it is also quite expensive and very scented. Since it is so liquid, pressing the pump causes it to drip a lot. I will never buy again and now I am using it only at weekends. Very disappointing.

GOOD:
-not too heavy, great for daytime
-smells amazing
-gives skin a nice glow
-spreads very well
-does not cause breakouts for acne-prone skin
BAD:
-very expensive

I have normal to combination skin. This is my first whitening skin care products. Unfortunately I got breakout after few days using it and got red spots on my face. I won’t recommend this to those who prefer non-oily and fragrance free skin care products.

This emulsion is pretty good, your skin looks dewy but on certain days (not too sure why, maybe I am not applying the Clarins’ palm pressure properly) it may appear as too shiny but it’s supposedly oil-free. The fragrance is pleasant too. Nothing much to complain about but will only repurchase during promotion/value set. Need to look for another moisturiser with the “HG” factor..Lol…

This is great, perfect for my skin (combo/dehydrated/sometimes-sensitive). I can’t handle anything heavy or greasy on my skin, but need a lot of hydration. This does the trick, AND it has an SPF which is crucial! Plus it smells great (IMO).
I was originally using the HydraQuench Lotion (which also has an SPF), but wanted more to help with my uneven skin tone. It really does leave a velvety feel after it’s absorbed, and a sort of satiny feel. Lovely product. Won’t be looking to change day creams, even though the price is a little high. It does come in a 75mL glass bottle which feels nice and heavy, and should (hopefully) last a bit longer.

This product was very good. I hv compliment from outside people saying my face was very smooth and bright and fair. Is a lotion texture not oily did not clog my pores. Worth getting it but a little too expensive but I stil will contiune using it. Hope also lighten my pimple scars.

This is the first sunblock I’ve ever used (I have dark skin so I’ve never found the need for a sunblock before, but I hit 30 and I thought it’s time to start thinking about sun damage).
Anyway, yeah, I got a sample of this initially and I really liked it enough that I went out and bought a bottle. It’s kinda oily at first but it doesn’t make my skin any oilier then it was before.
Together with the serum in the same range, I really think this product has helped to brighten my skin, reduce scars and reduce my blackheads.
Will buy again.
Downsides:
– Packaging, again, sucks. I don’t think you will be able to open the bottle to get out the “dregs” in the end.
– I also don’t think the packaging is recyclable?
– The pump dispenses wayyy too much. I usually only depress the pump halfway for what I need.

I really love the packaging of this emulsion, it looks really beautiful on my vanity table. The consistency of this is milky and seems light, which is suitable for my combination skin. However after I apply it on my skin, it feels a bit oily, which is not a problem with me, since I will dust a bit of powder foundation on top. I also like it that it has SPF20, so I don’t have to wear an additional sunscreen.
The smells is luxurious, but I guess some people don’t really like fragrance in their skincare, but for me, it’s not a problem as long as I don’t break out from it. So far I’ve been really enjoying using this.
