This powder is great for setting over foundation and gives a nice pale look when brushed lightly.
I used to use MAC Studio Fix for years (NW15) and it was so dark for my complexion but *I thought* it was a good powder. Then I tried Manic Panic and never looked back.
The powder does not irritate my skin or cause break outs. It can be too white if you are heavy handed, but that’s just a learning curve. The packaging is out of this world adorable, and the price is very good. Honestly I can’t fault this product. I also really love Manic Panic as a company, they are vegan and cruelty free.
Definitely will buy this again.

I’m already super pale and love the whole gothic death-by-consumption look. So this powder in virgin white is perfect for me. It keeps my skin nice and matte, goes on like a dream and stays on for hours. It’s also affordable and you get quite a lot for the money. The actual compact is rather large since it has a separate compartment for the powder puff, but not so terribly large that it’s hard to fit in a makeup bag or purse. I’ve used all kinds of powders (Stila, Urban Decay, various drugstore brands) and this is the one I always come back to. It blends easily and goes especially well with Manic Panic’s foundations.

I have this in “virgin white” and I absolutely love this powder. I’m naturally quite pale and I’ve always wanted to look even paler, but finding a powder pale enough have seemed almost impossible until I found this. Even though the powder is completely white it makes me look naturally pale, and doesn’t give one a clownish or halloween look, though I suppose this also can be achieved if it’s applied heavily enough. The quality is good, it gives a quite flawless look and it lasts long, unlike other goth powders like Stargazer where the quality is crap. The packing is cute.
My only problem with this product is that it can be a bit drying, so it is important to use a good moisturiser beforehand.

I have very sensitive, acne prone skin and this didn’t break me out!!! Gave a nice natural looking coverage. I have very pale skin and this (in virgin) is the first product I’ve found that actually matches my skin tone. If you apply liquid underneath this you can get quite a flawless look. i have tried many mineral foundations but they all broke me out and made my skin itchy and red.

I have this in “Virgin”, i.e. pure white. I absolutely love it. I apply it with a flat-head brush and really blend it in. When applied over a tinted moisturizer it really lightens up and evens out my complexion without making me look like a clown. So if you’re pale and need something to neutralize/even out your skin, this powder should do the job.
If you’re a Goth who’s aiming to get that deathly pallor without looking like a clown, this is the product to use, just don’t cake it on. I apply mine over Manic Panic’s Goth White creme foundation and really buff it in. Make sure not to overly cake on the Goth White, you just want a thin layer to help the powder provide good white coverage. I avoid using the sponge, as I don’t like the way it tends to cake the product on. Like I said, I’m a Goth, not a clown. Be sure to pay special attention on your neck and jawline so you don’t look two-toned and ridiculous. White is unforgiving and it’s going to loudly advertise any mess-ups you make. When done right it gives the right look without looking too dry, powdery or cakey: It makes me look like a porcelain doll.
This powder lasts all day without settling into lines or pores, and it won’t slip or slide. If you wear it clubbing (which I do) you might want to bring it along for touch ups, as well as bring along some oil blotting papers. If I need to touch-up, it’s only once a night: First I blot off the oil, then I gently (and sparingly) re-powder.
Bottom line: This is one of my favorite products and I can’t recommend it enough to fellow Goth ladies.
For those of you who have tried “Moonlight” and found it too dark, look into Manic Panic’s Creature of the Night Collection and give the shade “Anemic” a try. It isn’t as pricey ($10 as opposed to $17) and is a much lighter shade than “Moonlight”, which is too dark for me.

So, I have somewhat of a “ginger” complexion: I’m super pale, with red undertones, and a nice patch of freckles. I like to have a nice, smooth, pale face make up, but I don’t like that caked on look. This powder feels great, and it gives off a nice classic look and still has good coverage. It’s a super reasonable price too!

I’ve bought this powder a few times. It’s my favorite so far. I’m very pale with yellow undertones and oily skin, so it’s a huge pain to find a matching foundation. I have it in the lightest skintone, moonlight. I absolutely love it.

I have really pale skin and other powders leave my skin looking orange or the oil on my skin sucks it up. I love how well this powder work. It matches my skin tone and leave my skin shine free till I take it off. The only reason I didn’t give it perfect score is b/c when I get my picture taken with it on you can see a HUGE difference between my face and neck even though it matches my skin tone :/

Great pressed powder for just brightening an area, looking pale and tired, or full goth mode. There is a ton of product and it goes on so nicely, not chalky unless you apply a ton. The packaging is adorably alternative, I love how it looks in my MU case.
As with many compacts, the applicator it comes with is not the greatest, but any semi-decent powder brush can allow you to unlock the full potential of the product.

If I apply it lightly, it just serves to even my skintone and people don’t even notice I’m wearing anything because my complexion is very fair. When I want a more traditional goth look, I apply it more heavily.
Very satisfied with it!
