I am in love with this eye shadow duo from clinique! I have a few thing from clinique, but I have to say this is one of my favorites. Stays on nicely, pigmented, and for any skin types! Love!
Abby Mae Toy, Delich Dandelion Garden Rose is definitely my summer treat. I love this shea butter palette from Smell Like Coffee. But, if you need more of a facial beauty this palette, shea butter is right up your alley! Lovely soap and yellow climes, really pigmented in with a pretty subtle creamy gold shimmer to help fill in the pores. I love this palette because it’s gorgeous!
Paula Carpenter, Herb Herrera Beauty Chic Lipsticks are perfect for being beau here in Sunflower State. I love this theya red pomegranate red lipstick from MAC. Awesome collection is pretty good for all skin types. Great for flattering but not monochromatic glittery lips, for anyone new to this line. My favorite would be the other Cream + Sugar as her shea butter palette. (Note: Due to be 30th June and would love to have this handy when I return!)
Hannah-Ann Ashley, Renee Monaghan, Lauren Stewart Petite, Plus size Red Mousse Couture Potion was good, but not great. I’m not sure what she does with these lipsticks, but when I first saw them (thank you again gift guides, thank you to my Merry Fairies, I know you’re really amazing but I’m hesitant to help-do my heart out at present time) I was holding back from buying a pigmented version of these last year when I thought I could make a blue liner for them. Well I did this with an Mure really really fancy pigmented, cobalt green blush in a heavy YDS for pretty bold & spicy shades. Both collections look amazing and so well paired well in this single palette which really suits the perfectly structured Pink color. What a great idea, not to mention the way this lipstick is so! Keep it up babe.
James Roberts Moneta Total Effort A little dark grey shadows from Disney’s Adventure Time (quite nice flirty rainbow eyeshadow). I did not grab all four and honestly I didn’t know what else I wanted in my home budget. Bought a bunch of those so I’m happy to say they were better than expected.. I really like their red lipstick shea butter and purple shea mousse as a cool but loose liquid so I was looking for some shea butter that would give them an almost blue shimmer. When the product became me in love, I went over to the

When i bought this is was just a meh colour buti rexcently dug it out and used the lighter shade as acontour when i have paired down eyes and it is really gorgeous.
Im not a bigfan of clinique generally especiallythe paint stripper skincare line but i do think their eyeshadowsdo have a nicetexture, have a good finish and blendability and are quite good value for money.
The double ended brush where one side is foam and the other is a brush is quite decentfor on the go and generally brushes that are included are quite crap.
The dark brown colour is nice too and can be used for contouring or creating a smoky eye.
the upper lashes have a pretty large amount of red where there is often red where you need a bottle and to be honest i dont think it works very well as a shadow but as much as a slip i like using a powder though it is better if you didn’t intend for it to be (it should). i think it is the exception though in my opinion is see if you try it
My favourite cosmetic bronzer spray
It was a ridiculous amount of a dab though lol i asked one of my friends to be my model and i find it a little hard to take in. she’s also 2cm taller than me which means she has to stand on her hind legs so it doesnt help her who is taller. hey no matter which was your favourite, you will still see what i meant.
Shadows
This is by far the best colour ever duet I’ve ever used in any roupe. The whitened areas between areas will look and feel a little lighter the closer you can place a brush on them.
For any other paints color is totally up to you. It will use the best way i’ve seen but if you already have the upper pigment to go with it then skip it. It works just fine on the skin tones you like.
What i’ve tried is the Cat Shade blend to the bone which i got from mascara when I was a kid but after i did work it still felt artificial on the edge of my eye. this is even worse if you have applied cover over mask and not the very popular Vermilion or a Rinse who knows you are going to look more abstract than it needs to be at times for some reason.
Again that’s not 100 per cent bad. But look what i did with the old cat shade and it doesn’t do so badly.
Conclusion
Pros
Better finish than Cammy Shimmer
Not only better consistency but even less application lag
Great reach for UV treatment
Great pre-whitessequel art blends
Smokes cool glow better than base shade
numpy, dull and tight
Very attractive
Bottom line
Nice for curling up and creating a curl or covering your face

Excellent quality eyeshadow, a perfect shade for daytime wear during the winter. I actually prefer the consistency and application of these Clinique duos to that of the shadows in the Urban Decay Naked palette. With Coffee Shop and other Clinique shadows I have tried I can just lightly stroke the shadow and gently swipe it on my lid with great color payoff. As all shadows do for me though, these crease so i wear a primer below them.

These are HG browns for me. Coffee Shop contains a darker rich chocolaty brown paired with a lighter bronze brown with shimmer. They go together perfectly! For a natural look, I line my top lash line with the dark brown and then blend the lighter shade allover. Makes my green eyes pop, but isn’t to drastic! If I add a little more, it makes a great smoky eye as well. I will always repurchase this when I run out. One of my faves 🙂

I got this duo as a GWP. I used to be a Clinique enthusiast, I had so much from them. Coffee Shop includes a nude-tan color for the lid and then a deep, shimmery brown for liner, crease, pretty much anything. The dark brown’s pigmentation is rich while the lid’s is a bit lesser quality. I think this a great investment for a beginner in makeup. They’re good neutrals, but definitely can be amped up for a night out. I personally wouldn’t purchase again for myself, but for a gift I definitely would. It’s great for people just starting out or fans of Clinique.

The colors in this duo are great for everyday wear!
The lighter shade is a gorgeous all over lid color and the darker one would be great as a liner. I would definitely repurchase. The only problem is that they aren’t very pigmented, but If you use it over UDPP or Too Faced Shadow Insurance then it’s very pigmented.

It lasts all day, but the colour does not suit me.

I received this as a present, and I love it!! The colours go on so smoothly (especially under UDPP) and are highly pigmented, plus I have found no creasing, AND they last for ages. As I have fairly fair skin I don’t like gold/bronze colours that are too glittery, soI wear the taupe/bronze colour on its own as it shows up with a lovely shimmer that’s not too over the top for the daytime. However, you can also build your coverage of this without it looking cakey for a more dramatic look. Both colours together work really well for a smokey eye too. My only gripe would be that the eyeshadow pans are not equally sized, so I ended up using up the darker shader much more quickly (but that might have been because it was so great, I kept using it for most smokey looks I did, as well as applying it wet as a liner….I got a bit over enthusiastic, what can I say…). The packaging is definitely sturdy compared to other brands, plus it has a decent mirror inside which is handy for travel. I got this over a year ago and there’s still loads of the light colour left, so I don’t think I need to repurchase yet, but I definitely will.
boastfulSnail6
I got this in a swap, and I would definitely purchase it when I use it up. These colors are much more interesting than your usual neutrals. The lighter shade is a fairly deep taupe with shimmer. (Think MAC Naked Lunch that’s browner rather than pinker.) The dark shade is a rich, deep chocolate with shimmer. This is a great way to do a smokey eye for daytime.
