I’m a fan of Clinique’s TTDO Balm (in the wide pot), so I wanted to try the stick form. Works great (no surprise). Swipe, wait and/or rub in, then wipe/rinse off. I’ll probably use this for stubborn lippies also. It’s not precise enough for correcting makeup mistakes IMHO, I’d just start over or use this at the end of the day. I’m not sure much is gained by putting TTDO into stick form, other than perhaps packability, but I’m finding it handy for makeup removal in small areas (for me, undereye especially) that I missed in the shower.

This works but it’s really an unnecessary product if you use any liquid eye makeup remover that does a good job. It’s not ideal for taking all your eye makeup off, I usually use it after I’ve used a cotton pad with makeup remover on it to remove the majority of my eye makeup then I’ll use this to get the more delicate parts better. It’s good at removing eyeliner from your lash lines. The consistency is smooth and silky but not greasy. Probably won’t purchase this again for the $18.50 it costs and will use a tried and true q tip with remover on it as I’ve done for years. Hope this helps.

This makes removing eye makeup a breeze! I “draw” it over my eyeliner and eyelashes, wipe with a damp washcloth, and Voilà! All the makeup is gone, and my skin feels soft and comfortable! I LOVE it.

I have dry, sensitive Rosacean skin and my favourite makeup remover of all time is Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm. But it comes in a large tub so not conventient for travelling or doing touch-ups. Transferring some into a small jar is messy so I was really curious when I heard about this stick. TTDO Balm but in a convenient little stick? Yes, must buy and try! I love it. It works and performs exactly the same but it’s in a cute little stick form.
Use your fingertips to massage the balm over your dry eyelids, add some warm water, massage and then rinse off with warm water or use damp cotton pads. Done. Even the most stubborn waterproof eye makeup will dissolve and disappear. And just like my old faithful TTDO Balm no irritation and no blurry eyes.
Yes, it’s a tiny stick (0.04 oz) so it won’t last long if used daily but that’s not the purpose of it. It’s just convenient when on the go. This will be a staple in my travel bag!
