Was so excited to buy this. THEN I drop it out of my hand and onto a table within two weeks of owning it and half the product is instantly lost. It shatters on the slightest impact and there’s no going back. Which is annoying because there’s not much product to begin with.
I frequently have to top this up during the day as it either vanishes or makes my skin really obviously dry and patchy looking. Wouldn’t repurchase or recommend.

I love this powder and the effect it gives…blurred and poreless; a soft-light focus on the face. It says on the package that you can use it under your foundation and then on top as a setting powder. I put on my moisturizer and then very lightly patted the powder into my face and applied foundation and concealer hesitantly bc I’ve never put powder on under liquid foundation, but it went on seamlessly and stayed put longer throughout the day. I used the powder again as a setting powder and for touch ups throughout the day. It really does blur imperfections and pores but be careful bc it does leave a slightly lighter cast on the skin. Not sure if I’ll be able to use it when I get really tan in the summer but I will certainly repurchase just to use as a primer under foundation! It is $29 at Sephora which is steep (ouch!) – it has some skin friendly ingredients like vitamin c, e, a, and fruit extract which makes me feel a little better about the price tag. 🙂

Love this. Use it everyday under my CC creme. Use with a very light hand.

This is my holy grail powder. I have very oily skin that messes up my makeup by mid day. I don’t have to worry about it when I wear this stuff. Seriously great for oily skin. I love how fine and soft it is…It doesn’t cling to dry skin spots and if I use it as a primer my foundation looks literally perfect. It doesn’t cake your foundation like you think a powder under foundation would do. This stuff is different I suppose. I don’t have large pores but it does cover up what I do have. If used over foundation, it smoothies it out seamlessly and beautifully. Other powders make my face look cakey and this does just the opposite. I can’t see it. Especially if I have to touch up. The packaging isn’t so great, although I don’t see another way of packaging something like this?? I was down to about 1/3 of this powder last month and it fell out of my purse just onto a table and it completely shattered. So I do not recommend traveling with it unless you are very very careful. Another thing i recently noticed is that it may cause flashback in photos but I’m not sure.. unless it is my foundation causing the flashback but I don’t see why it would.. It has a very very VERY subtle whitish tint if you use too much (which I have done accidentally) although I don’t see why you would need to. A little goes a long way. And I mean a little!! This stuff is awesome. Wish it was cheaper.

I loveeeeee this powder. Makes me look so airbrushed. I originally bought this because other powders cling to my dry skin but this one doesn’t. I needed one to set foundation, not add more coverage and this one was perfect. Hmmm now is it worth $30? Probably not. I’m sure the Milani or WnW could do something similar. I’m scared to try this before Liquid even though it says I can. I don’t think I’ll repurchase due to the price it but it’s amazing so far.

This stuff is so very different from all other pressed powders I’ve tried so far. I picked this up when TF was having a deal – buy 2 items and get a free deluxe sample. I hadn’t even looked at their powder ever, but I touched it once and fell in love. It is so finely milled it feels very similar to the hourglass powders (very creamy and not hard or chalky at all). I use this mostly to touch up during the day as I like to set my face with a more oil-controlling powder, but for touch-ups it works great to mattify without caking up.
Pros:
– flawless, airbrushed finish
– makes the skin look poreless
– mattifies instantly and removes that ‘oily’ feeling
– cute packaging
– great for touch-ups, makes your makeup look and feel just-applied
– doesn’t irritate, break out or dry out my skin (acne-prone, normal-dry)
Cons:
– packaging, while cute is quite bulky
– doesn’t last all day on my t-zone, have to blot after 6-7 hours.
– leaves a slight white-cast if over-applied or not blended properly (my skin is pretty light so that’s not a problem, really)
Overall, it’s absolutely worth blotting/touching up because it makes my face look and feel amazing. Absolutely will re-purchase if I finish this one.
Update: Since finishing accutane, my skin is now normal/dry and I no longer use this as a touch-up powder. It actually works really well to set my face and prevent creasing without making my face feel extra dry and/or tight.

Love
– blurs pores very well (but it does not do anything to enlarged, dented pores)
– very finely milled
– packaging is super cute
– relatively cheaper and more product than other high-end powders
Hate
– although packaging is cute, it is quite bulky and cheap looking
– puff that comes with it is very thin and of low quality
– doesn’t control oil very well. I’m dry skin and have normal to oily T-zone and after 3 hours of powdering, my nose was super shiny
– emphasizes fine lines. This powder is not for use under the eyes. (YMMV probably)
– very easy to go overboard as a lot of product comes off in one swipe
– if you hit pan, product just shatters and breaks apart
It blurs pores very well and my nose looked flawless within the first few hours, but it doesn’t control oil and you have to touch up through out the day. You can look a little bit cakey if you do too much. It’s very noticeable if you do go overboard as it will lighten your foundation shade. Overall, it is a GOOD powder but not excellent holy grail worthy.

I had this in the loose powder version and loved it except for the mess. So I decided to try the pressed version and I love it! The coverage actually seems better than the loose kind and that coverage was excellent! It is great as a primer and as a setting powder. I do not have large pores so I can’t say if it actually makes them smaller or not. It comes in one shade. It is actually pretty translucent. It cost me 30.00 but it is a big ( and cute!) compact and you do not need a lot. As with most Too Faced products, a little goes a long way. So I would say it ulis worth the price.

I love the powder… Not sure if it reduces pores but when I use it to set my makeup it definitely helps my foundation from not setting into fine lines…specially near my mouth area. It doesn’t break me out.The only problem I had with the product was it cracked n now its more like a loose powder n not pressed power and that makes it difficult for me to apply…its worth a try

Being a newbie and not knowing much about make up bcs the Sephora lady recommended it to me. It goes on finely however it definitely does not last the whole work day. I use this to set my concealer (3CE creamy concealer) which tends to feel cakey and this powder tends to worse. However when applied to my foundation (Moonshot Face Perfection Liquid) it was just fine. I definitely feel there are better powders out there. This isn’t bad, probably just a meh. Will not repurchase, can’t wait to use it up!
