This is the first ever foundation that didn’t irritate my skin. My eczema and atopic dermatitis does not react to this product when i apply all over ny face and neck. The coverage is amazing and it’s not very heavy on the skin, i have big pores and very little marks on the face but it did gives my skin that glowing smooth finish. My only problem with this is that if my face starts to get oily, it makes my face too shiny, but sometimes it adds to that dewy glow (if you prefer that dewy texture). Another downfall is that it’s easy to be wiped off, of you tap a dry tissue or cloth to your face, the foundation easily transfer, thats why i am very careful when i am wearing a collared shirt because it really does stick to your clothes even with just a slight touch. But nonetheless, its a good product.

Currently my favorite foundation!!!
I’ve been hearing about this brand for a very long time, but I’ve always been hesitant to spend on it since it’s quite expensive. But after reading several reviews about it online, I decided to try it out.
I have oily skin, and I live in a tropical country where my skin just gets oilier. This means that usually, my foundation is gone by 12 noon, and I accepted this. The only one that stayed all day was Giorgio Armani, and that never set right on my skin. It felt like it was sitting on top of my skin, and whenever I would touch my face, it would transfer onto my fingers.
When I tried Skin Savvy, I expected the same thing to happen, but it didn’t! It set onto my skin and stayed for the whole day! No matter what weather condition, it stayed on my skin and looked as perfect as when I first applied it!
I should also mention that I easily break out from any product, but this did not break me out at all! No matter how long this was on my face, I did not get any acne!
This also contains SPF 60, so I don’t have to wear another layer of sunblock under it!
Overall, I’d recommend this product, especially for people who live in the Philippines like me!

I was looking and trying very hard to find a good liquid foundation to compliment my troubled, oily and sensitive skin. This product smoothens the texture of my face, balances any discoloration and the W6 is the perfect match for my skin tone which is I think a honey-beigy shade neutral undertones. It doesn’t provide the best coverage but it lasts around 3-4 hours for me. It doesn’t hold oil but I let my powder do that (currently using The face shop oil clear pact). This works best for people who are always out. If I will stay indoors, I’ll use a different base. Also, I got this on 40% sale but I’m still on the fence if I will buy this again because it’s quite expensive.

I do love this product WHEN I find the right shade. The problem is that VMV seems to have a hard time staying consistent with every batch they produce, so every time I need a new bottle I have to go and check it on my skin.
Pros:
* Long wearing coverage
* Makes skin look flawless. Goodbye pores
* Not greasy at all
* Doesn’t break me out
* Looks great in photos
* Great sun protection
Cons:
* Finding the right shade. Has a tendency to be too orange.
* Horrible glass bottle for packaging. This product used to come in a tube where you could get almost all of the product before throwing it away. The glass bottle now wastes quite a bit.
* Not cheap for the amount that you’re given.

This is what I used whenever I have severe breakouts. It has great coverage and doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I love the first formula but the new one (in a bottle) looks more like a foundation and fits my oily skin better.
Sadly, it doesn’t have a good staying power. You would need a oil blotting paper and powder to reduce your oiliness. But who doesn’t love that you don’t have to use sunblock with this foundation? I would purchase again just in case i break out again. 🙂

It has medium coverage that lasts the whole day, contains high spf, non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic and PABA+phthalate+dye free. No breakouts when im using this. Cons? VMV tends to increase their prices almost every year! Sheesh. So, even when I tried to look for a cheaper alternative, I couldn’t find one and I ended up going back to VMV Savvy and Alchemy again.

First of all, so many products break me out and this one doesn’t!!
It is very expensive for a small tube and hard to find, but it works. I bought clay which is a pale yellow. It is a little shiny when first applied but dries down on me to a matte finish. The only con is that how much should be appied for proper sun protection??
I wish they made this in a pump dispenser so you would get an appropriate amount for the face.

Well, I wanted to like this but it was just not what I expected. I like the SPF and that it did not cause breakouts and issues with my sensative skin,which is a real problem for me. But it did not cover very well at all – I get more coverage from Almay. At least that is what I found with the tube I purchased. It does need to be shaken; I did not have an issue with getting any clear liquid but I did get little chuncks the more I shook it – and it covered more then, than when I first started using it as it was hard to shake in the beginning. But the finish is a little shiney and sometimes there are these little shiney flakes that show up on my face too. I think maybe they need to perfect it or maybe I got a bad one. I’m not sure how well this formula sells as it was the only one available when I ordered, everything else was sold out on-line. And it is way too expensive not to love it, so I am going to send it back for a refund or try the other formula if and when the get it in.

i’m in love with vmv. i have used their superskin regimen and for makeup, i recently bought this skin savvy 60 in doeskin, which i thought was a lil dark for me when put on my hand but on my face it seems to disappear and blend so well! no one would guess that i was wearing foundation.
but since the cooler months are coming in soon and my summer skin is for doeskin, i’m considering buying a lighter shade, sandpoint. so i can be vmv-pretty all year round! 🙂 i also love how it is the armada 60 (the best sunscreen in the world) in a great foundation coverage. the best filipino brand that is unknown to most filipinos mostly because of the price (a lil expensive for us here) but very effective and smart people behind it. 4 thumbs up!
ps: it is normal for it to settle so the shaking can be a lil hard to get used to. the skin specialist at the store squeezed it between her palms but sometimes i still get clear liquid when i squeeze out so i have not been shaking properly haha. anyway this is just 2 days old, i’ll be better in the coming days 🙂

HOLY GRAIL!! I have melasma and skin that is prone to breakouts. This is a miracle in a tube for me. It has an anwesome SPF, it doesnt break me out, and it covers amazingly without looking like makeup. I have spent tons of money on products to protect my skin. I had given up all hope. Minerals aged me and broke me out. Sunscreens didnt protect me well enough, and broke me out. This is my dream come true!
