So so great. Not cheap but worth it. I have very sensitive neck and chest skin that breaks out at the slightest touch of something it doesn’t like, so it was a huge risk to even try this but it is ACES for those areas—keeps them clear, smooth like butta, and fades past trauma.
I’ll use this all over my body but because of the cost I try to save it for the areas mentioned above as well as ingrown hair war zones (bikini area, upper legs) and it’s amazing. Not a miracle worker but close. It’s more effective than all the drugstore lactic acid creams I’ve tried and it smells MUCH better. It has a thick texture which seems to extend the bottle’s mileage. I’d buy it in vats if I could lol.
I am also a huge devotee of the MUAC 5 acid body peel. With their powers combined, all my body skin issues are kept at bay. I try to stock up when they have their 33% off sales.

This is the only thing that works on my upper arm KP, which has been haunting me or over 3 years. I’d tried everything, from Amlactin up to Retin A and Differin.
It’s not as rich and moisturizing as Amlactin, it’s kind of expensive, and I have to use it once a day to keep the KP at bay, but I don’t care. It works. I’m on my second or third bottle, it’s been working for several months. I have 5 sample bottles of their Fade Peel, and sometimes I’ll mix a few drops into some lotion and that amps it up even more.
I’ll always have this unless I find something cheaper.

Hate to bring down ratings, but this lotion isn’t strong enough for my exfoliating needs. I bought this for use on my face, but I have no wish to use MUAC’s stronger glycolic peel kits – I’ve used them before & not only do I hate the routine but I absolutely despise the skin-crawling sensation it gives me. So instead I try to find as high % of glycolic as I can find in cream/lotion form – apply & leave it alone to do its job, no rinsing or neutralizing needed.
I tried this brand because I’m reluctant to buy another bottle of my HG glycolic lotion, Donelle AHA 20 (now called Body Tingle). Like MUAC, it’s also a body lotion that I use for exfoliating my face, but Donell costs more than double the price of MUAC for the same amount of lotion. I’ve given this lotion a good 2-wk try & found it to be very gentle on my face & actually quite moisturizing too (with a touch of baby powder scent, which I don’t like but it dissipates quickly), however it still leaves parts of my face (nose, chin, forehead) rough to the touch, so I know my skin isn’t as effectively exfoliated as my favorite brand. Donell makes my skin smooth overnight & requires much less frequent application.
So, looks like I’ll have to go ahead & order the Donell afterall. It’s a lot more expensive than I’d like ($53) & have been trying to avoid buying it again, but since I use it only on my face & therefore need to use very little at a time, a bottle lasts me a good couple of years at least. I’m sorry to say I won’t be buying MUAC 15% again.

I like this lotion. It does seem to make my skin feel smoother, although I often use it in conjunction with a body peel so it’s hard to isolate the effects accurately. Definitely avoid using it on areas right after shaving; it will sting like a mofo! I may repurchase again but haven’t decided.

This stuff is the best! I apply this after I shower and it sinks in fast. I don’t really care for the smell but my skin is much smoother and looks firmer. The bottle is a decent size but I feel like I’m going to go through it fast. The only things you make sure you do is to not apply this to an area that you have an open wound on because it will sting. Also make sure to wear SPF during the day because this will make your skin more sensitive to the sun. Will be repurchasing when I run out

Okay – my situation for even wanting to use a body lotion like this – KP (small bumps/colorless) on back of arms and back of thighs and just generally wanting to stave off ingrown hairs and achieve overall body smoothness and glowy-ness. Have used AmLactin and Paula’s Choice AHA body lotion – Am Lactin was better for me – spread better, less funky smell, could easily pick it up at any drug store, but still was on a quest for something better. Enter MUAC 15% body lotion. Now, I have already almost cleared up my arm KP using MUAC 8% Beta Hydroxy serum, but wanted something for my whole bod – this stuff rocks. Smells unoffensive – actually pretty nice – light powder/floraly a little maybe – really light. Not runny, doesn’t make your skin feel tacky – good stuff. Plus, 15% is higher than AmLactin (12%) or PC (10%) Fast shipping. I have used a lot of other MUAC products and have loved them all. Go get yourself some of this lotion!

Omg! So, I am in my 9th month of pregnancy and all of a sudden I started getting these terrible dark purple stretch marks under my belly. SO GROSS. I was traumatized. Well after crying all night to my husband, yelling at him for not telling me, and then going back to sobbing because “I’ll never wear a bikini again!” (I live directly on the beach in southern California so I basically LIVE in my bikini), he told me to go find whatever lotion I want to help the marks go away until I get laser treatment, if necessary. He just wanted to shut me up. Well now I can’t stop talking about this lotion. Poor fella.
After seeing all the mixed reviews on Strivectin and all the other lotions going for a hundred dollars or more, I decided to try this one from MUAC because it was brand new and going for 20% off, with a starting price of 20!. I figured I’d get a bottle of this, and then a bottle of high power Glycolic Acid Peel to do on my tummy later. Well, it showed up in my mailbox and I smothered my tummy in this stuff, 2x a day for the last 3 days, and my marks are already lightened by like, 50%!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like there is HOPE! THANK GOD! I Might actually be beach ready by next year!!!!!!!!
It really smooths your skin out on other areas too. I used it on my bikini line to help with any little ingrown hairs and they’re gone. I used it on my hubby’s dry elbows and now they’re soft. I used it on my feet and they feel great. I love this stuff! It has a nice Baby Powder scent, which some of you guys might not like, but to me it’s light and very calming. The packaging is meh, but the product is so far really well worth it! You don’t have to use very much, a little goes a long way, which I like.
I can’t wait to keep using this and see how much it works on the marks after a longer period of time. I’ll definitely keep you guys posted on the results!
