I’m tried a variety of masks from the “Skin Clinic” series so I’m just going to log a review here as this is the only one I found on MakeupAlley. I didn’t like the “It’s Real” series as it was very greasy (but yet doesn’t moisturize). This series isn’t greasy and is soaked in watery serum. However, it still doesn’t moisturize well (after washing face the next morning, my skin remains very dry). The extra plastic film that’s attached to the mask is also annoying as it tends to drip everywhere when I’m trying to get the mask out. The mask sheet is also very thin and easily tears apart.

This is my favourite of all the Innisfree masks so far!
I bought this because it said it was a ‘calming’ sort of mask that would help irritation and such, so I figured it would be a good try for my acne. And I wasn’t disappointed. While it didn’t exactly treat my pimples, the redness I suffered from said pimples was drastically reduced and my skin looked a lot more even and radiant.
Unlike the It’s Real Squeeze masks, this one didn’t have an artificial soapy/cleaner smell to it, it just smelt like a face mask. It also came with a plastic backing which you had to peel off the mask, which I’m unsure of why it needed that, it made the mask kinda fiddly. But there was a LOT of leftover serum in the bag, the most I’ve ever seen in a sheet mask! So much so, that I decided to let the mask dry, and then reapply the serum to the dried mask to give my face a second facial. And it was literally enough to soak the mask a second time, completely.
The mask is more of a cotton material, which means it dries better than other masks, but I prefer that. And it doesn’t leave you sticky and tacky like the It’s Real Squeeze masks do, there’s a light sort of… grease, I suppose? The kind of texture you have on calming-wipes after waxing. Which is way more welcome than thick, sticky and soapy gunk. In addition, it didn’t lather like the It’s Real Squeeze masks do when I went to rub the leftover serum in. If I didn’t have to pay so much in exchange rates and postage, I would definitely make this a staple in my beauty routine.
