The name is spot on, I feel like I’m a kid wearing my mother’s red lipstick in this. All of my mistakes show glaringly!
Overall: 3.5* – this is a hard red for me to wear, though if this is a color you are going for, it may be good for you since the formula is nice. This is a shade that concealer and a lip brush will definitely help the application of

Love the packaging, and tried this lipstick numerous times. Was given to me as a gift. It was OK… but my NYX works just as well and has a dupe for this color. And most of all costs about 1/4 the price. Nothing special to me about this lipstick that makes it worth the price.

The colour, oh the colour!! It’s the perfect red for me! It’s the red that I have longed and dreamed for! It stays on really well. Since I do my makeup at work before I login, I apply it almost like a stain, to the middle of my lips, then I blend out to the edges and top with a gloss. That way I don’t have to wear a lip liner with it. I will be purchasing a liner for it though, so I can get a good, crisp line.

Favorite red lipstick ever! Coming from me, that means a lot! I’ve never been a fan of red lips (on me) and I just got this color because they didn’t have the one I was looking for in stock, but I went in planning on getting 3. I tried it on in the car on the way home just to see if there was anything I could maybe mix with it to make it acceptable. WOW it’s that perfect classic, bright red. Not orange or coral or purple. RED! I’ve used it more than any other lip product since I’ve had it. I made some great classic looks with it that are great for any occasion. I got so many complements that it’s chanced my opinion on red lips all together. Even my man that hates red with a passion said he likes it. It could maybe go on a little smoother, but my only real complaint is that there is not enough of it in the tube so the price might be a tad bit high. It has a sweet smell and taste to it as well. Love it! BTW, I can’t find it for sale online. I got it at the Sephora in my local JCP.
