This cream has been reformulated, it’s now called Exomega Control. They removed the mineral oil, added caprylic triglyceride, and reordered ingredients. The formula in the DEFI tube has no preservatives, whereas the larger bottle does.
The new consistency is thinner, lighter, and easier to spread. However, it’s not as moisturizing or well absorbed as the old formula. It also leaves a very shiny/oily finish on the skin.
I use it on my face. It causes no breakouts and does a decent job moisturizing my dry, sensitive skin. The 200ml tube lasts me a whole year, so it’s a good value.

Good for sensitive/dry skin. I use it on my body and face. I’ve tried other similar kinds of thick creams for sensitive skin, one by laroche posay and bioderma. They’re all comparable. I think i will rebuy the laroche posay lipikar next to remember.

This one is a bomb!!!! My youngest son had a skin rash/irritation went to his pedia and gave him some topical ointment, used it for almost a month but seems to not work. Then i went to a local pharmacy and saw this product got curious but the price was so expensive. If i can remember it it was 1350nt ( 42 USD ) dollars for a 50ml. But still bought it. Applied it to my sons skin for 2-3 days it healed as if it was not there. So i have been buying this since then.

LOVE! I have repurchased. This cream has saved my winter skin. Every winter I would get red patches on my face. Last winter was the first winter in a long time I did NOT have these patches despite being a long, colder than usual Canadian winter.
I can use this under my eyes.
Pros: New packaging allows paraben-free, preservative formula.
Contains Realba oat plantlets, Filaxerine and B3. Very soothing for sensitive skin.
I paid $22.99 Cdn for a 200 ml tube. IIRC regular cost is $28.00. I purchased from Shoppers Drug Mart.
No fragrance.
Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS: Water (Aqua), Mineral Oil (Paraffinum Liquidum), PEG-12, Glycerin, Cyclopentasiloxane, Glyceryl Sterate, PEG-100, Sterate, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose Oil). Myreth-3, Myristate Cyclohexasiloxane , Polycrylamide, Niacinamide, 10-Hydroxydecenoic Acid, Avena Sativa (Oat) leaf/stem extract, BHT, C13-14, Isoparaffin, Disodium EDTA, Laureth-7, Sodium Acetate, Tocopherol.
Previous formula had Squalane and silicones (as per previous review below from Gingerrama)
Thumbs down for customer service from the manufacturer. I emailed asking for a list of ingredients. The response was “the package has the ingredients.” Website should have ingredient listing, IMO.

Excellent cream for eczema. I use this anywhere I have problems with dry, itchy skin. My doctor gave me Betaderm but that can’t be used on a daily basis for life so I needed something that worked and was able to soothe my skin. I use this on my body, especially legs in the winter when they get so dry.
If you’re looking for a bland, soothing cream that won’t irritate the face or body I think this line is perfect. This cream is thick enough to do the job, yet easy to spread. Keeps my skin looking and feeling healthy and not tight or flaking. No fragrance or irritants. I put this on slightly damp skin. I couldn’t ask for anything more, it’s just a great product – no frills or annoying gimmicks.
I would definitely repurchase.

The Exomega cream is truly a phenomenal product, in fact the entire A-Derma line including the lip balm, emollient cleansing oil and the Epitheliale AH cream for damaged skin is very effective, yet gentle and pleasing to use.
I had a surprising success to cure literally almost overnight a problematic complexion plagued with rashes, redness, and sensitivity. I wholeheartedly recommend this miracle in tube – you have nothing to loose! 🙂

I bought this because I am on acne treatment pills that dry out my skin, but it gave me even more acne. It’s great as a bodylotion though.

YES, will buy again and again and again. This is so good, I cannot believe it hasn’t gained more attention. It’s like a base camp for my skin. I will turn to it whenever some product has left my skin worse than it was and it always works. It’s one of those products that you don’t realize you depend on until you run out. Because it really doesn’t make muc of a statement. Small (or larger) tube, white with green print, flip top closure (that KEEPS closing tight, thank you for that!), cream is white and well, creamy. But it delivers, it’s trusty. Good moisture, nice feeling, works well under makeup and keep dry patches away. It is however very emollient, if you have combo or oily skin it may be too much for you (you might want to check out the non-emollient version). My dry skin loves this. In my country you can get trialsized 30ml tube for around 3,5 € and its the one thing I will ALWAYS bring when travelling. It’s body lotion, facial moisturiser, excellent hand cream AND exzema treatment in one. I really love it. 200mls retails for about 12 euros here, which is a bargain.
Be aware that the emollient creme and the emollient balm tubes look almost identical, but are vastly different in texture and richness (the baume being much heavier). It says which one it is right above the ‘Exomega’ name, look for either creme/cream or balm/baume.

I bought this for my 22-year-old daughter who has had itchy skin for years. It’s never been officially diagnosed, and it also comes and goes. She doesn’t like creams and she doesn’t like taking meds either (anti-histamines, etc.), so she’s like the Itchy and Scratchy show. But this winter it’s gotten really bad. I searched the pharmacy (she won’t go to a dr.) for something for atopic dermatitis/eczema, and I finally bought her this cream and made her promise to use it. As mentioned it’s kind of pricey (I paid around $35 for 200 ml) but upon first use it seems to be working – like a miracle. The only problem is it seems to be treating the symptom (the scabs, etc., that she’s creating by scratching), and not necessarily the cause (she’s still itchy); but I’m hoping that it’s a vicious cycle and that eventually she’ll stop being itchy, too. She doesn’t like the smell (she says that about all creams) but if she uses it and it works, I’m happy (and so is she). For now, this is highly recommended.

this is a fantastic moisturizer. it comes in a 200 ml tube, very cute design, white and light green. I have the non scented version though i could say it smells a little like glue:)
it is thick, white, feels great on the skin, like a dermatological treatment. i use it on the face, hands and legs after shaving/waxing and it soothes incredibly, hydrates and the skin is literally baby-like. i love it. i don’t like the price though, hehe, but what can i do…i have recently ran out of my eucerin and went to the pharmacy to purchase a cream, tried many, the pharmacist said not to use urea creams around the eyes, so i ended up testing this and fell in love with it. it is a very good product that soothes instantly chappy hands after dishwashing, razor irritations, even evens out undereye circles. LOVES IT.
