One of those drogerie markt gems y’all Americans need to get your hands on (and in the name of all things beautiful do yourself a favor and order the conditioner as well because dayummm).
Vegan, cruelty free, all ingredients from certified organic agriculture, ridiculously cheap and man does this stuff work.
I have been repurchasing for years and will continue to as they work miracles on hair mishaps that leave you with damage. No fuss products with no gunk or buildup or irritation or whathaveyou. The scent is a bit on the strong side in these but hardly bothersome, and it’s a natural fragrance. The apricot ones smell really nice to me. The almond one and the amaranth one are a bit heavy, but it’s not a problem if used sparingly (you really don’t need much with these, and they last a long time), and great for very dry hair and scalp. So easy to comb your hair after, leaving it soft and easy to style.
I actually don’t buy these regularly -because they’re too good. I mean that they get my hair back to health to the point where I can use regular daily shampoo and silicone free conditioner, and I make sure I have a bit of this left should I impulsively put my hair through something that’s going to need fixing.
The packaging is nothing special, but then, easy to dispense appropriate amount of product, and never had a spill so…what else does a shampoo bottle need anyway? The sticker is easy to remove, but also doesn’t get messy if kept in the shower.

I love organic shampoos – they really did wonders in such a short time for my terrible hair. This one was no different: I bought it in DM cosmetics chain in Croatia while on vacation, and fought with the metal detector lady in the airport for keeping it in my hand luggage. I won. That means a lot a guess. It has an excellent price and the best performance for an everyday use.

It’s one of the best Alverde shampoos – very effective, organic, with fantastic smell! Now the design has changed a little bit and it is called now: Alverde Natural Cosmetics Gloss Shampoo Lemon Apricot. I purchase it at online store for $5.49.

Second review:- four years on, this is still the best product range I’ve EVER had for my hair. Every time I have tried anything else, i have regretted it. I have no build up and no sensitivity at all, and it seems to work just as well with different water types. I have converted others as well. I can’t rate this product highly enough!!!!

I wanted to write a review for this for a long time but somehow always forgot. So, Alverde is a German drugstore natural cosmetic brand and can be purchased pretty much everywhere at the DM-stores. For those of you, who never heard of it, I will go a bit into details =)
Alverde promises that:
– they abdicate the synthetic scents, colours and preservatives
– they use certified organic raw materials to make their products
– all their active ingredients have herbal origin
– silicone-free
– dermatological tested skincompatibility
So this is one of their silicone-free shampoos and honestly it´s one of few non-asian hairproducts I still use. This Shampoo is recommended for dull and brittle hair and is supposed to hydrate it, without only coating it into a shiny silicone-coat. Smells yummy and not like a dishwasher, despite the citrus fragnance in it. It makes my hair shiny and bouncy and much easier to comb afterwards. So if you prefer using silicone-free shampoos and don´t feel like you want to spend lots of money on pricier brands like Aubrey Organic for example but still want good quality – this is a good alternative.

We don´t have Alverde in Switzerland, but my boyfriends mom from Germany always sends me packages with Alverde and Logona-goodies, so if you don´t know anyone from Germany – you can also ask me =D
