This is a very nice lightweight, non-comedogenic oil with a light herbal scent.
The claims are that this oil reduces redness and calms the skin which I would agree with.
It feels very light on the skin, that being said make sure you only use the smallest amount as much is not needed.
I would not personally slather this all over my face as it would probably leave your skin a little bit slick.
If you use a small amount it sinks in nicely after a while.
I only used this oil at night on any problem areas. One drop went a very long way.
My skin was left soft and smooth by morning. I found that it did reduce inflammation and redness overnight but overtime did not seem to help heal or reduce blemishes. It did, however, really soften the skin and help immediately to fight any dry spots.
I love the way it leaves my skin feeling super soft like baby skin with a natural glow in the morning and I did enjoy the scent of the product but this may not be the case for everyone.
Although it did reduce inflamed areas and dryness I personally would not repurchase because for me I rather spend my money in other areas of skin care, $49 is pretty pricey.
If redness, irritated, and inflamed skin is your primary concern then this may be worth the investment and I am sure the bottle will last you a long time making it worth the purchase.
As always I recommend trying to get a sample first.
