I mean this is just a legend. My entire family members use it. And it has been generations. That says it all.
Just the packaging can be improved really.. I hate opening this pan, I found it annoying as a paper pan. Hope it helps you!!!!! I also love the texture of the case it covers so well. Some years ago I was driving through Soba, let me admit, it was still an urban hot summer day, oh baby, this is so good!!! BUT this was a really nice portion of your meal. Go add it on as a chill out cold snack if you haven’t had it before, already at your cravings right??? Stop thinking about what you need to be eating for your birthday!!!
not all of the wrong!!!
If you buy these Panning Kits (they were only last year in Korea, when I switched to PCM) then it seems all you can do is buy the high end version and buy the weaker one. Also from what I’m saying, you’re not going to make everything with this original pan. It’s exactly like a regular basket without the staple sized measurements. A lot less overkill is used than a traditional pan that would be big enough to put everything else in just one bag, but will feel very much like a shorter frame – due to how thin it is. Don’t over pack (even slightly) or try and make your own. It looks good, it’s all there. It has an outside edge making it look a bit expensive (you only spend $1 in a glass pan with china plate for this kind of pan, right?). The reason that it is so affordable is because I wasn’t able to find a way to come up with at all, because it’s huge.
You can really see how thin the poly coated wood feels now (from as low as 8cm to as high as 32cm), and how fresh it looks to your face. The pan was very basic, and so sturdy, and, unlike the previous pans that I posted – this time it didn’t get that turn as warm by wearing off the heat too quickly – but it didn’t look any more tacky. The bunting underneath is VERY strong as well, which creates very comfortable spots for the knees, ankles, stomachs. And I love how the frame keeps it looking consistent without any bottom or shock on it. Both things made me very proud. Well, sort of, but I mean it’s all a bit of a lie – it’s one big disappointment of me to never know what a regular pan is like (I’m still learning them)

Holy Grail multipurpose product for me, and the price is right! I use Vaseline for lips, hands, and feet and for my younger kid’s eczema. I also add it to my face cream in winter, and wake up with baby-smooth skin.
My favorite is the nursery jelly with the pink label- smells so soft and nice. The cocoa butter one smells even better, like vanilla cookies, but for some reason that one has a thinner texture and it slides all over my lips- it’s fine for other body parts, though.
Btw cheaper brands of petroleum jelly are not triple-purified and sometimes feel thin and oily, so I stick with the name brand. It’s a totally inert product- not comedogenic, hypoallergenic, and just does what it says: locks in moisture. Got dry skin? Slap some jelly on it and save yourself some money. After trying Aquaphor and all sorts of fancy non-petroleum skin balms, I’ve concluded that Vaseline works the best.

You will need macarons on this scale for all of your product ingredients to be even skin sensitive in your body
In total, there are 5 macarons from #1 ingredient, which make up 1/5 of my top ingredient list. [7:50 on hair styling red pot- but still baby-smooth and lovely and *beautiful*]..05 grams [2 oz. of products] of Vitamin C.6 capsules = 176 grams per drop of skin wellow! [8:02 on beauty of clean & light face with a glass
it´s truly amazing!]
To see my list of ingredients:
Mist 1
Boil the jelly on 9-10 minutes (vitamins I must mention for scalp and small nipples (uh, clean headlamp))
Use only silicone in your skin (by using only silicone for the final batch of products). Make sure to use free, non-nourishing product solution, such as beeswax. [p. 235 ]
Brush a couple of drops of balsamic vinegar (when wet) over face and eyes and brush the rest with fresh cream mix/high frequency moisturizer (if you use moisturizer, it will also leave your skin feeling nice, too)! [p. 249 ]
Precisely the kind of cleanser you want, making up for all my unnecessary body odor like all other brands, since most other brands are thin enough to beat by their own weight. It´s 1% cleanser. Look with a glass-like tool but remember to wash regularly and thoroughly before starting your journey to cleanse your face. (Unlike shaving cream that is highly cleansing for most people but I like to use it with hand and at home!).

This one has helped me several times when a cosmetic product caused me an allergic reaction similar to dermatitis. It was my upper eyelid all flaky itchy and extremely dry. I just pat some vaseline on and the next day everything was way better. However, I wouldn’t use it on the undereye area, ’cause I don’t really trust it as some people say it dries your skin over time.
But it does wonders for your eyelashes, girls! Just try it and you’ll see.

My lips always dry out even though I use it every night regularly. It just look like a wax layer sit over my lips. Zero moisturising.

Ive been using Vaseline for so many years that I lost count, since back when the Vaseline brand was just the tub of petroleum jelly and the only product by this brand. Now there’s so many moisturizers and lip products I cant keep up. First of all it is very cost effective and I can use it for so many different things such as dry patches on my face or body which can appear at any time.I dont need to spend money on fancy lip balms, I just stick to this. Also i found its great when mixed with my hand lotion, the moisturising effect is so much better and effective. Sometimes when Im cooking i can be a bit clumsy and end up with scrapes or scald my hand, and all i do is apply a thin layer of vaseline and leave it on to do its work, that simple. It is not fragranced which means no chance of irritation as my skin can be quite sensitive. Its literally one of those things i always have a tub of lying around because its so versatile and saves me a ton of money compared to buying different creams and salves for each problem area I have. A very good multi-tasking product and one I will not be without as long as they keep making it. 🙂 .

I am reviewing this mostly as the product it is intended to be, an occlusive. Although it has other uses, and I’ve successfully used it for other purposes which I list, I think many of us, myself included, tend to underestimate occlusives. I hated the very idea of them back when my skin actually cared to produce sebum.
My skin is extremely dry and prone to terrible dehydrated states, especially in cold and windy weather. We’re talking so dry it is painful enough you kind of want to cry level of dryness. The dehydration has unfortunately gone on for long enough to result in some fine lines, some of which deepend into permanent lines. I couldn’t find a product that would moisturize without breaking me out or irritating, until I made my own essential oil blend in a carrier oil. Then, as that wasn’t quite enough yet, I added a rich baby cream similar to nivea. But the real turning point came when I thought what the hell, and started applying Vaseline on top of all of that before bed. You read that right, I layer occlusives over my occlusives and if your skin is making your doctors consider corticosteroids to ease the pain, you might consider trying it too. I’m telling you, I no longer flake, itch, burn, sting, peel, crack or look like it either. I do this occlusive feast in the evening and that suffices, but when desperate I also used it in the morning only applied lighter coats and my makeup stayed on fine (I avoid the brow area so that my brow pencil doesn’t smudge, but my concealer, foundation and blush stayed on just fine).
Those permanent wrinkles? Almost gone. I suppose I’m not rid of them, they’re just plumped up with all the moisture, but that’s fine by me.
I never had a breakout from this, I just make sure I cleanse impeccably because if anything is trapped in your skin under occlusives, it will be a zit by morning. People who are undergoing a cosmetic purge of impurities may want to skip Vaseline until the purge is over.
I know I really go ham with it and it would be overkill for most people, but if you’re as dry as me, there’s hope.
It’s only average as a lip balm for me, but nice if your lips just need a bit of moisture and protection.
I read on mumsnet a bunch of women were all testing it as nail treatment and loved it so I gave it a try. It does make nails feel strong without making them rigid, but what’s most amazing is how it leaves the nails looking buffed! It makes the surface of the nail look so even and smooth. It boosts effects of cuticle treatments, though it isn’t a great cuticle treatment on it’s own on my very dry and cracked hands.
I will continue to use it on nails and face and have actually started using regularly on lashes and the eye area out of curiosity since it’s worked well for many.
For very damaged hands I suggest applying a very thin coat (it actually doesn’t just sit on the skin in my experience as long as you don’t overapply) on top of hand cream. I can’t do this often, especially not at work where my hands suffer most, but when I do the difference is huge.
Try rubbing it on your nails just once if you haven’t yet, it’s pretty neat!
I didn’t take any points off for the tub packaging as they do sell this in tubes. I don’t know if Vaseline brand does, but I’ve seen other dermatologically approved pertoleum jellies in tubes.

I’m almost done with my 100ml jar. I use it mostly to moisturize my lips, under my eyes before MU application, as a hand cream when I’m outside and sometimes foot moisturizer. It is fantastic, my lips are always soft and stopped peeling, no need to exfoliate anymore. Probably the biggest trick that made this 1£ product a HG to me is how it resolved my worst MU problem that is under eye creasing. Whatever concealer I try / powder / eye cream, creasing is always a huge problem UNTIL I applied vaseline once before my concealer and didn’t powder. MIRACLE ! My concealer stayed put and smooth ALL DAY without creasing. I only tap a tiny bit and it’s enough.

Petroleum jelly is a mineral product so we must be mindful of what it is to use it effectively: if you have oily skin, do not place ther because it will aggravate.
Good on dry areas cuticles, elbows, hands, feet, legs, etc.
A pea-size warmed between your two palms can go a long way and moisturize both legs post shaving.
Economical and travels welll. No bacteria.
Works by preventing water from evaporating.

A staple and a must have for so many uses and it’s cheap – but – the tub packaging is unsanitary and it’s PETROLEUM jelly (mineral based. Eeew.)
There are many better alternatives nowadays.

When I have a really bad cold and I blow my nose too much with my Kleenex, the skin on my nose, the top of my lip and lips get super dry and flaky. To the point it’s painful because I’ve rubbed the skin raw. The only thing that helps is Vaseline petroleum jelly. Before I go to bed I apply a thick amount of this all over my raw skin, and by the next day my skin is back to normal.

To moisturize my unpolished nails (including toenails), I use a tiny bit of Vaseline after showering. During the shower nails absorb moisture. Vaseline seals in the moisture so that nails are hydrated. It’s important to massage in the Vaseline as soon as possible after showering, so that the nails don’t dry unprotected.

Out of desperation I bought this for my dry winter hands and it’s worked better than any other lotion i’ve tried, even though this is petroleum jelly. I tried it on my face and to my surprise I had no break outs, not adverse effects, just really soft skin. It also helped to calm down and clear a few spots I have.
wakefulThrushe7
vaseline is the only petroleum jelly promises purity and 3 levels of filtering. the white petrolatum in vaseline has been filtered 3 times and less toxic than generic couterparts, even though equate still calls their ingredient white pertolatum they don’ guarantee purity or 3 levels of filtering.( hence the price difference) with out the 3 levels of filtering petrolatum is toxic , so even though i did not have any big reactions to equate brand i wont be using it anymore until they prove its purified to the same extent as vaseline.
peskyCod6
I’m surprised this brand of petroleum jelly doesn’t have more reviews. It is exactly the same as the leading brand Vaseline, and it’s almost half the cost.
I still buy the Vaseline brand, but whenever I need to get a big tub of this stuff I usually buy the Equate brand. Why not, since it serves its purpose just as well.
You can do all sorts of stuff with petroleum jelly, but one of my personal faves is applying it liberally to my feet before I go to sleep and covering my feet with socks so my feet stay moisturized.
It’s also great to use underneath eyes as a way to make sure your skin absorbs the full benefits of your under eye cream. Again, I use that only at nighttime.
Another thing I use this for is to keep the screws underneath the toilet tank from rusting by coating them with this stuff. If they rust and your toilet tank leaks, you’ll have nothing short of a total nightmare on your hands, especially if you aren’t home when it happens.
Don’t ask me how I came about discovering that. :O

This is the best of the petroleum jelly products. A 13 oz. jar of Vaseline runs close to $5 at Walmart. A 13 oz. jar of Equate’s petroleum jelly is less than $2, and it’s a better product. It’s softer, absorbs better, and has the feel of a high-end creamy moisturizer. I’ve had some major skin problems since I have been sick, and the most lingering problem is the skin under my eyes (looks like alligator skin) and the skin on my neck (tight, drawn, scaly). I’ve tried Aquaphor, which just sits on my skin, and heavy skin creams, which had little effect, but Equate petroleum jelly has been more beneficial than anything else I have tried. My neck looks better now than before I became sick, and the skin under my eyes is back to normal. (One thing that works great for me: I slather Equate on my neck before going to bed and sleep in a buff — you know, those stretchy tubes you can wear as scarves, hats, neck gaiters, etc. — and the buff keeps my neck warm and helps the jelly do its job.)

I haven’t used this as a make-up remover so I can’t comment on that (I use extra virgin olive oil and wet wipes, followed by Equate Cetaphil or Equate Noxzema to remove the oily residue and a gauze square of rubbing alcohol since I have VERY oily skin) but I do use this product on my lips almost exclusively! I found an old travel pill container (metal with a plastic liner) like old ladies used to carry so I fill it with petroleum jelly every so often. I use it multiple times a day and it moisturizes incredibly well! Even better, it can go over lipsticks or lip glosses if I want to add shine without adding more color. This is so much cheaper than actual lip balm, doesn’t dry your lips or irritate them with extra ingredients, and can double as first aid for chaffing or dry skin or cuts. My HG lip moisturizer!!!

i started using this on my lips when i found a tube at my boyfriends house, and having the air so dry this winter here in san diego i knew i had to have some for my own house. i got a big tub of it for less than 3 bucks at walmart. so great price. i use it on my chaped lips and dry feet and it works so great!

I have been using this for the past six months or so as a makeup remover and I am so happy I started using it. Before this I was using Physician’s Formula lotion eye makeup remover, which is great… but I go through a bottle a month and it gets expensive. I bought this on a whim at the dollar store because it was baby powder scented and I happen to love that smell. I wasn’t sure at the time what I was going to use it for but when I got it home I found so many uses it became an instant staple. In the 6 months that I have been using it constantly I have pretty much finished a container of this stuff and started on my second. I feel like it is actually moisturizing my eye area better also, makeup comes off so easily and any residual P.J. just wipes away with a clean cotton pad (which I also buy at the dollar store). I will definitely continue to use and love this for so many reasons and uses.
UPDATE
I do like to use vaseline and petroleum jelly for many things but I have actually converted to Alba Un-Petroleum. It is made from different kinds of oils and waxes and has no petroleum, hence the name. It is much better for you and I am able to use this all over my face without breaking out. I still use my vaseline but just to remove makeup and then I clean off all the vaseline with witch hazel or water,

Good for rubbing on elbows but really bad for under eye area. I was using it for a month to keep my under eyes moisturized. It didn’t cause any milia but I’m attributing this to the dark circles and hollows I started getting while using. I don’t think petroleum is supposed to be healthy for the skin.

I use this for my lips:)
How to use recommendations
1.put it on my lips
2.wrap and warm with steamed towel

It’s amazing all you need is water and Vaseline
I just splash my face with water and seal in with Vaseline and my skin is like a baby butt
If it was good enough for Marilyn Monroe it’s good enough for me
