Is this supposed to be a gloss or a balm? The marketing on this is kind of iffy. As a clear gloss, it’s fine. As a lip balm, it’s drying, overpriced, and nothing special.

I am new to Kopari, but after seeing it on a few YouTube channels I love, I figured to give it a shot.
