I remember a body shop staff member recommending this to me awhile ago now. I was worried about pores and acne at the time, but now it’s just large pores. But then, the staff member told me to buy this. I was wary, considering how much it cost, (I think it was more pricey then) but because it was not only claimed to minimise pores, it was called ‘the pore minimiser.’ I figured I’d take the risk. I liked to think it did something, but it really didn’t. It didn’t help my acne or minimise my pores at all. Smells nice, but it didn’t do what it claimed to do at all. It may be different for you, but in my opinion, it’s a waste of money.

I like it, but I don’t love it.

Way too overpriced. Doesn’t do what it claims to do. It just hid my pores the first few minutes, then it just sort of disappears. Irritates my skin and makes it burn. Though I like its smell.

I like this product as it feels nice when initially applied, but it doesn’t seem to do much in terms of benefitting my skin. It does not minimize my pores or control my oil.

Well, this product was a gift from my mother and I wouldn’t purchase it on my own as I have dry, sensitive skin and the Tea Tree Series from the Body Shop is for people with oily, acne-prone skin. However, I gave it a try. Firstly, I used it as a primer as most women did (from what I saw on YouTube). It didn’t actually work because it is not a primer. Its purpose is to be used as a treatment and the results in the skin (make the pores smaller etc.) will be sawn after two weeks of daily use. So, I used it as a treatment and I was impressed as it makes my pores look smaller and I felt that my skin much more cleaner (propaply due to the tea tree extract). However, it is not necessary for my skincare routine. Moreover, it has an intense, heavy, awful smell that disappears from my skin within 2-3 minutes and does not irritate it. The packaging is hygienic and protects the product excellent. It also has a very refreshing feeling on my skin when I apply it. I think, however, that is a little bit expensive for what it offers as it costs 11€ and it contains just 30ml.I would probably recommend it to people with oily skin.

disappointing product. It doesn’t really do much. no effect whatsoever

Glad I only had a sample package of this and didn’t actually buy it. I like the facial wash and moisturizer in this line, as I have oily and acne-prone skin and it seems to keep the breakouts to a minimum. So I had high hopes for this product but it did NOT work for me. When I applied even the smallest amount, and even hours after applying my moisturizer (thus giving it a chance to absorb into my skin), this product balled up on my face! I even tried just sort of dabbing/pressing it into my T-zone where I have the most oil and biggest pores, and it still left behind little chunks of the product that would never sink into my skin. I liked the scent and it didn’t break me out, but that’s probably because I had to wipe most of it off when it started to ball up on me, before I could apply my foundation and other makeup.

I have SUPER oily skin and this was WAY too drying right when I applied it. Some of my dry flakes got exaggerated to the max! Please don’t waste your money on this! But if you insist please get a sample before you buy it and you will see for yourself

I thought this product could be like Benefit’s Porefessional and work as a primer and pore minimizer. I also liked other tea tree range Body Shop products for my oily skin so I wanted to try. When I put this on under make up as a primer, first , it doesnt do anything with pores and it makes my face so oily , after one hour I feel like my face is trying to throw up all the products on my face. I hated it. I cant use this product under make up or without make up. I only use it now just for the sake of finishing the product at nights on clean and toned face .I only like the smell and fresh feeling of it once put it on. I thought tea tree may help with blemishes and pimples so I use it at night. But never buy it again.

Honestly hated this, I was very hopeful about this product. But, I tried this with powder foundation, liquid, and without makeup and it was just awful. I expected something, considering the price, to work as a mattifer and a primer. The smell wasn’t awful at all either, I actually like of like the smell of Tea Tree Oil. I use it whenever I need it also.
I think like maybe 2 hours into wearing the product, it became very greasy. I don’t like to use a lot of product with anything because I believe a little can go a long with certain stuff, and keep in mind that too much primer can be just BAD. I do have oily skin with certain foundations and some I want to be matte and other I want a little glow. It really felt like a regular primer, I use ELF mineral primer and I wanted something that helped matte out my skin with powder foundation. It became very greasy and gross after 2 hours and my face looked terrible! I wanted to wash it off!
I wouldn’t let anyone of my friends buy this product or even people I didn’t know! I usually google reviews of products for a week or so before I buy anything, I didn’t research this one. Thankfully I was able to return the item..
