This is advertised as a liquid e/s that allows you to smoke it out or pack the color on. I’d agree with that.
The colors are gorgeous–they’re bright (Iris) and very sparkly at first, but if they’re smudged at all, they blend out to black. True to the name, they are very glittery, with loads of micro glitter. The smoky effect makes the glitter much less noticeable. You do have to blend/smoke this out pretty quickly, as it dries quickly. Over a primer, this wears about 4-5 hours without creasing on my oily lids.
My only gripes are the price ($24 is a lot) and there is a bit of fallout upon application. It’s easy to overdo it while trying to pack on the perfect sparkle/smoky look.
For a night out or sparkly look, these do well. They’re a bit much for my conservative workplace. I have the Bronze, Iris and Icy Blue shades and they’re all very pretty, with multicolored sparkle.
