I got the brown shimmer one on clearance at Walmart for $1 . For that price,it’s not terrible . I like the color,and the smooth consistency of the texture. It went on smoothly enough,( I applied it at a stop light on the way to work at about 12:30 pm. Looking into the mirror at home around 6:30pm?
Gold glitter fallout city.
This is unquestionably the culprit,as I only had the eyeliner and a creme coral lipstick on.( Almay 220 ?) . I now have glittery twinkle cheeks and I’m not sure how easy it’ll be to get the sparkles off.
I may try getting a setting spray and seeing if using it with that product type makes it work better. Otherwise this may (probably will)get relegated to the costume /kids face painting kit.
Based on its needing a setting spray and its original price being about $7 -$8 , I won’t be buying it again-or any other sparkle pencils from this line. I’ve had less issue with Milani , Rimmel and Ulta brand gel pencils and they are the same price or less and function better.

I was very interested in trying some Flower Beauty items based on good reviews. I bought this eyeliner and a lipstick and I have to say they are pretty good quality items at good prices. I did not love the lipstick shade I purchased (berry) because it was too bright, although it is a great, creamy, long-lasting formula. However, I do quite like this eyeliner in the purple quartz shade. I have hazel-brown eyes and this shade is nice, if a little intense for daily wear. It applies very smoothly in a nice clean line, not skippy and smudgy as I have experienced with some other liners. I have not noticed any raccoon eyes either, and it seems to have good lasting power. The price is pretty reasonable, about $7. I am not sure if I would repurchase because I am constantly trying new products, but it is quite acceptable and I will continue to use this up.
Edit: After wearing this several times I realized it contains tiny bits of gold glitter. They stick on my face and are hard to get off. Don’t love that so will choose a different brand next time.
