This is quite a good liquid eyeliner, nice and opaque with a pointed sponge applicator (my preferred tip). It does tend to go on very wet and can pool at the base of my lashes. I would not repurchase, however, because I realised too late that the formula contains parabens, which I try to avoid.

Love this. Have only used it for approx. a week but so far very good. I like the type of applicator, it draws a thin line if needed and can be thickened easily. The formula is great. I’ve no eye sensitivity from using it, and my winged liner literally lasts all day. I’m working outside all day (rain or shine) and evenings indoors, finishing at 10/11pm all summer and it looks as good as when it’s first applied at the end of the day.
I used to use Rimmel Exaggerate and the L’Oreal one in the gold tube and before this summer they had served me well. Some smudging and general wear and tear but they were workable. I’m not sure what has changed but recently they were both constantly moving around, so I’d look in a mirror and see black on my under eye, every day.
My only complaint is the price £20, with free delivery. And I can only get this online. However, although it is double the price of my former combination, it is way more than x2 as good.
I remove this with my ss an other makeup with mineral oil, and it comes off super easily.
I’ll see how long this tube lasts, and if it lasts a decent amount of time I will definitley class this as HG and repeatedly re buy. My winged liner is my signature look so if I have to spend a little more for it to look good, I’ll do that. I’m fed up of frittering money trying this and that, when I can maybe spend a little more, but end the hunt there.

I am actually sad to say that I was getting swollen, itchy, burning eyelids from this eyeliner. It took about a week to heal. At first I thought it was something else I used. After trying it again, same thing happened. I would have loved this eyeliner it was easiest eyeliner I have ever used and the color came out very nicely. Luckily this was received from an Ipsy bag sample otherwise this eyeliner is on the more expensive side. I am going back to using elf’s eyeliner of $2 from Target.

This is the best most opaque black liquid eyeliner I have ever used! Stays on all day and very easy to control and draw fine lines. I got this in my ipsy bag and a couple of months later after daily use still going strong and not dried out at all. A lot of less expensive liners like Elf or Jordana dry out so quickly! This and Loreal are the two brands I prefer best for liquid eyeliners but this tops Loreal for being more pigmented with longer staying power.

If there is such thing as an eyeliner staying on too well, it would be this liner. I wore it for 13 hours, and it looked the exact same as when I put it on. Not only that, I had to work SO hard to get it off my eyes. If you need something that will not be taken down by eye-rubbing, tears, sweat, oil, or anything the world can throw at you – this liner is for you!
The applicator is good, and the “brush” is pretty stiff so that is good if you like that type of brush. The liner is dark black with excellent payoff. It is a bit pricey, but man oh man does it stay on your eyes.

The precision ink is a good eyeliner, but I don’t tend to repurchase.
I do love Illamasqua and their products, but this one was very hit and miss for me.
At times, this would make the corners of my eyes sting and burn, causing it to leak.
Other times, it would dry slightly flaky, and start coming off.
I think the product (when it goes on and stays on properly) is brilliant, but work needs doing on the formula.
I would recommend the precision gel and a felt liner for the wings over this.
It is also fairly pricey for an eyeliner, so it’s worth trying out in the sales if you don’t have sensitive eyes.

I don’t get the negative reviews, I’ve used this several times and I never experience flaking, greasiness, or anything bad. This is by far the greatest liquid liner I’ve ever used!
Formula: Very long-lasting and waterproof. I tested this liner on my wrist and I was amazed. After it dried, I rubbed it – didn’t budge. Ran it under some water, and it was still locked on there. Then rubbed the liner while under the running water and it was STILL going strong, it didn’t rub off until after a good 30 seconds of rubbing under water. Actually wearing it confirmed my test. It lasts all day, doesn’t flake or smudge, and super waterproof. As someone who cries A LOT I find its durability pretty awesome… But somehow it still removes really easily with makeup remover! (I use Neutrogena makeup removing cleansing lotion). The formula didn’t upset my sensitive skin.
Colour and finish: I find that a little goes a very long way with this liner because it is so pigmented. It is indeed a very inky, dark black. It has a nice slight gloss to it without being shiny, and in certain lighting the deep black ever-so-slightly reflects the tiniest hint of blue, just like fresh black ink before it’s dry.
Packaging: Comes in a very classy-looking slim paperboard box. Inside is a slim felt tip brush-in-pot tube with a nice long handle. Brush is very thin and precise. The long handle makes it easy to use. Like almost any liner that comes with a pot in a brush, it tends to get on my lashes when I apply it. But swiping a q-tip from lash root to tip before it dries stops them from sticking together, avoiding any mascara application problems.
Price: Expensive. Around $40 CAD for 1.8 mL. BUT I think it’s worth it because this eyeliner is such high quality and makes me feel like a freaking rockstar.

This eyeliner fills me with regret for how much I spent on it. My first issue with it is how greasy it makes my lids, I have never ever had that before and always thought people who complained about it were being whiny. But man do I understand now. When you feel your lids peeling apart like they’re coated in glue paste, you don’t feel beautiful. The way the liner clumps my lashes makes them impossible to break them apart without washing out the eyeliner. And when it starts to flake it leaves these black spots everywhere. Also as another reviewer noted, the precision tip really isn’t very precise. I continue to use this liner out of my refusal to squander the cash I forked out for it. The only thing I like is the look of the packaging, though it irks me how little product you get for how much you pay and how cruddy the brush is.

This is really opaque black and it really does last a long time, but I agree with some of the review that it does flake off but this only really happens if you rub your eyes. Comes off fairly easily with makeup remover though but I find it hard to get bits out of my lashes. Not sure if I would repurchase as its good but there are other liquid liners I prefer

Best liquid eyeliner I have ever used. I was about to give up on the liquid eyeliner crusade and join the gel liner bandwagon, but the MAC fluidline and the Armani and Inglot gel liners I have all smudge a bit.
The tip is amazing, the colour is solid and it manages to stay on my oily lids. Getting it off can be a bit of an effort, but at least it stays on!
In Australia, to buy it from the counter it cost me $40ish, but I will definitely be buying it again!
