I’ve had mixed results from this eyeliner. I started with Jet (black) and found that it smudged on me, then switched to Spice (bronze-y brown with shimmer) and found it was great for everyday, just enhancing my lashline and appropriate for day/work. I probably went through 2 or 3 of them, then ordered another replacement and found it to be hard and dry with absolutely no color payoff. There was a snafu in receiving this last liner in that I opened the box and found a Jet liner inside the Spice box (this happened again with the replacement they sent me), so perhaps the one I eventually received had been lying around in the warehouse for awhile? Either way, customer service was very easy to deal with and I think I’d give it another go on the chance that the dry one was a fluke. I did notice that the Spice liner is not currently on the website (as of 9/7/19), so maybe they’re getting another [fresh] shipment in.
