Wow. I Guess i’m the only person who loves this mask.
In fact, this is the only thing that i love from kiehls
Contrary to what i’ve read below, this mask didn’t burn my face, it is in fact quite gentle even around the eyes.
Just goes to show that skincare really is subjective (Creme Da Lamer burnt my skin so bad)
It is hydrating yet light. Perfect for summer days.

I patched tested this and was so excited.
My hand literally turned bright red. I was arrogant and thought my hand was reacting to the weather….
I put this on my face and my face turned blotchy red and irritated afterwards.
It was a nightmare. The face wash is okay thought.

I read through the reviews.. and now it makes me wonder why they’re still selling this mask. Everyone went through the same experience! Just right after I applied it on my face it started to sting… I washed it off right away and my face felt burning & red..

I have sensitive combination skin, and the Kiehl’s sales assistant highly recommended this to me. She said it would be very hydrating & soothing. After less than 1 minute of having this on my skin, my face turned quite red and started stinging/burning. It was really uncomfortable, and also not easy to take off as it was quite sticky and had bits of what I assume were petals in it. I would not recommend this, and will definitely not be buying the full size

This mask is a light yellow tinted clear gel. Overpriced for what it does.
It smells like lemon peel and gives immediately a sensation of freshness. Applied it’s a little tingly – which suprised me as Aloe should be soothing and not tingling.
I am looking for a boost of hydration, especially in winter. I was fairly suprised finding it not hydrating AT ALL! After a good 30 minutes on, I rinsed it to discover my skin was tight, pulling and in strong need of a moisturizer.
Mind you: I do not have dry skin. But I need hydration in winter. I was rather skeptical. I think this should be named “astringent ” or “clarifying” mask. This mask is just ok for summer time when your skin needs clarity and freshness.
Steer clear if you need serious moisture…

I got a sample of this “so called” mask and tried out, worst mask i have ever tried, it burnt my skin as hell,if u have sensitive skin, dont even try it i couldnt keep ot on my skin more than 3 minutes

I’m sorry (Read: not sorry), but $45 for what is essentially 100ml of Water, Glycerin, Aloe Vera, Hydrogenated Castor Oil (i.e. insanely cheap ingredients) just shows the depths of deception propagated by Kiehl’s, their parent company L’Oréal, and the beauty industry in general. This “mask” should cost less than $10. Very underwhelmed by the performance to boot, and would not repurchase even if it was priced accordingly!
