This one does not work for me.
It made my skin itch that I had to wash it off really quickly.
So it did not sit on my face long enough to see any results, other than the itching.
I’ll have to pass on this one.

It does the job, but extremly itchy especially on the neck. My face was smooth the next day, but will not buy again as it is uncomfortable to use.

I have used Freeman products in the past and had success. Unfortunately this one, burnt my skin. I put on a thin layer as described and waited the ten minutes for it to dry. While using a warm wet cloth to rinse it off I noticed my face was burning and hot. Painfully I managed to remove it all just to find it burnt my skin .
I looked and felt like I had sunburn, except my face was puffy from a chemical burn.
I had to use cortisone and Benadryl to calm my skin and it took two days to go from red, to light pink where I felt comfortable enough to go into public. This needs a warning label of some sort!

Bought a sample pack of this. It smells really weird. I can’t really describe it.Not a nice smell. It burned my skin. Glad that I only bought a sample pack. It’s sad, I usually have good luck with Freeman masks… This one however, is a dud…

This makes for a nice exfoliating mask but it makes me feel super itchy while it dries. I’m not quite sure what it is, maybe the salt? It doesn’t leave my skin irritated once it’s off,but boy is it itchy.

Omgeeee, this mask itches beyond belief! This makes my skin look so fabulous, but I seriously cannot take the insane itching. I love tons of Freeman masks, and my skin is able to tolerate pretty much anything, but man, this is hard to wear longer than 4 minutes without washing it off… Gonna stick with some others that don’t cause this horrible itching, ugh.

Very very itchy, smell really good and
made my skin look great but it’s way too itchy.

Like another reviewer mentioned: it ITCHES! Doesn’t burn me at all though. Just itches like crazy, which is why I knock the rating down 2 stars.
Does its job! Just got over a sunburn from the beach. No longer burned but my skin was peeling off my face. This took care of that, makes skin soft and pores smaller. I pretty much love all the Freeman clay-based masks 🙂

At first I liked this mask – it’s clay based, smells nice, it’s cheap, and I’ve had success with Freeman masks in the past…etc etc etc. BUT the salt in this burned the ever loving hell out of my face after about the first 5 minutes of wearing it. I tried a few more times, and it still burned and itched. Unbearably. Like, I couldn’t deal. I don’t have sensitive skin and use a lot of actives (could be why it affected me so much though) so I was surprised. It was just the sensation though, my skin wasn’t red or damaged in any way. It exfoliated nicely and my skin did look fresher with tightened pores after, but I just can’t handle this mask! So, PSA. Also, it’s very heavily scented.

The texture and gritty-ness of this mask reminds me of another mask by Freeman, the Apple Cider Vinegar Foaming Clay Mask but I don’t think it is as abrasive.
I use it a few times a week, mostly after I get back home from the the gym. I leave it on for 10 minutes as the bottle says, after rinsing it off my face feels smooth and I feel that my moisturizer applies and sinks in better. I don’t have large pores so I can’t say if it is doing any real deep cleaning but I think it does a good job as a light physical exfoliator to give a fresh feeling to your face and it is affordable.
