I have oily skin, but as I am maturing it is combo oily, but other days I am combination leaning toward completely dry. I received this as a complimentary present from Sephora. I was excited to attempt this to compare to my Drunk Elephant cleanser.
Smell: to me it has a slight orangeish scent even though bundle states peach.
This is a clear gel as well as according to the package and also site great for all skin kinds except delicate. I washed my face and also it really felt tidy, however I additionally felt my skin tightening and well my face really felt parched. This drier out my skin so poor after one usage. I applied my cream and my foundation, I looked so dry. At the end of the day, I got some acne bumps around my jawline. It took 2 days of moisturizing to restore my skin.
If you are very oily skin this could be for you, yet not for my skin kind. This cost-free example went right into the garbage.

Some time ago, I obtained a little (2 ounce or so) container of this cleanser as a gift or points perk or something. It was a suitable sized container as well as I rather suched as the cleanser but had numerous on the move (consisting of the Rose Stem Cell one from PTR) so really did not believe much regarding it. Then I began making use of as well as actually appreciating this a couple of months ago and also made a decision to acquire the complete sized bottle throughout the last VIB sale. What I like about this cleanser is that it has both salicylic and glycolic acid which aid in keeping skin clear as well as eliminating dead skin. I’m in my 60’s so outbreaks aren’t an issue but maintaining my pores clear as well as getting rid of dulling dead skin do issue to me. I do not assume there is anything amazingly “anti-aging” in this – it is just a cleanser, besides, and making claims about “anti-aging” makes me assume much less of the business. But it does help keep my skin good and also clean and also a bit a lot more “fresh” looking. I’m not wild about the squeeze bottle; I think I could favor a pump – however it’s not an offer breaker for me. PTR says this is for all skin types but I believe it could be a little bit drying out for those with really dry skin. In the colder months, I do need to make sure to apply my face oil or cream swiftly after utilizing this yet it’s really quite a good facial cleanser with a couple of added advantages.

It works. It’s ok. I don’t such as the smell. I got it at Sephora as a gift with purchase. I have to say I like PTR items. I assume it’s the odor that bothers me yet it functions well.

If you are super oily skin this might be for you, but not for my skin type. This free sample went right into the trash.

Some time ago, I got a small (2 ounce or so) bottle of this cleanser as a gift or points perk or something. It was a decent sized bottle and I quite liked the cleanser but had so many on the go (including the Rose Stem Cell one from PTR) so didn’t think much about it. It works. It’s ok. I don’t like the smell. I got it at Sephora as a gift with purchase. I have to say I love PTR products. I think it’s the smell that bothers me but it works well.

This is a thick gel cleanser. It’s not overly foamy. Removes makeup ok. Smells peachy. It’s fine. Nothing that gets me excited. I won’t repurchase but if I got it in a kit I wouldn’t complain and would happily use it up.

Got this as a sample from Sephora.
It irritated my skin so bad that I have had a rash on my neck for 2 weeks now. It made my face extremely dry. I quit using this once I noticed the bumps and they still won’t go away. I have never had this problem with any other facial cleanser. I will never buy or recommend this product to anyone.

Bought the trial size and it lasted a few months. It didn’t irritate my skin which is great but I didn’t really see any great results from using it either. I need to see some benefits (beyond just okay) in order to keep using or buying a product so I will not repurchase this. I’d run out of my favorite face wash and had an Ulta coupon so I purchased this based on reviews.

Eeek. I just used this cleanser for three days along with the PTR glycolic cleanser because I ran out of my normal face wash and had ordered the cleanser travel size kit a few months ago and never tried. I think these are really awful cleansers. They both leave your skin feeling stripped and tight after washing then major greasy. My skin felt like there was 5 layers of oil on it. I’m waiting for it to freak out with acne now. It’s also reeks of cologne. I wouldn’t recommend.

Bad. Bad. Bad. I received this as a sample from Sephora. I was trying to figure out why I was waking up to red patches on my face besides the fact that it made my skin dry. My face reacted so poorly to something in this face wash. I use care when cleansing my skin and am not rough with it. I can’t stand the smell either.

Seduced by the sample yet again. I loved the smell and the gel texture so when I had to return a few items to Sephora, I got a full size bottle. Yeah it smells nice and gets most of my makeup off. The price is off-putting though as I find this really doesn’t perform for me any better than my Neutrogena fresh foaming cleanser. The Neutrogena actually does a better job of getting my makeup off. The PTR is not a bad product at all, but since I can get more bang for my buck elsewhere, I will not repurchase. Do not let this get in your eyes because it stings like hell.

i purchased the must haves vault on Sephora and it came with this cleanser. My skin has never looked better. I used to wear a CC cream everyday, now I don’t even feel like i need it. Once I moisturize, I have that dewy look I’ve coveted for so long. I will be purchasing this line in the future.
