   This shade is about as dark as I will go for lining my eyes: I’m 60 this year (NC25, blue eyes, blonde) and black/dark navy are too harsh and aging on me, but this rich coffee/chocolate shade makes my eyes pop. Goes on like a dream, pretty good at staying put (really, no pencils are that great at staying in place, and if you are starting to develop a little crepey-ness under your lower lashes, it’s easy to go from glamorous to trash panda within hours. I’m on my second pencil in this shade, and I never repurchase products (I like to sample different things) but recently I discovered Marc Jacobs gel liners and they have become my new HG eye pencil.

   This is my absolute favorite eyeliner! Although I use it almost exclusively for my lower lashes, I’ve used it for upper lashes with fabulous results. The color is a beautiful dark brown and the pencil is one of the easiest to use. Application with this product is incredibly easy as the pencil glides with little effort. The smudging tool on the end works very well if trying to create a smokey eye. I’m also very impressed with the staying power, as it has lasted through sleep, tears, and sweat with little to no smearing. My only complaint is the price tag – $23 when I bought it at Sephora. I highly recommend this eyeliner and would definitely purchase it again, despite the high price tag.

   OMG best pencil ever! For the longest time I wore MAC but this beats it hands down when it comes to staying power. Once this liner sets, it won’t move. I no longer need to carry cotton buds with me to clean up melting eyeliner. Love this! (own one in Black too and it’s also amazing)

   My eyes are so sensitive. Everything makes them red. I have tried countless eyeliners and it’s all the same leaving my eyes red. This one doesn’t. I have used the double wear mascara which is excellent too. I used to be a clinique fan but it’s not good for sensitive eyes. I highly recommend this product!

   I like defining and widening my eyes with a dark eyeliner; however, there is a fine line between dark and enhancing, and dark, and too harsh.

   Thought Coffee 02 would provide enhancing, but it looks a bit harsh on my eyes. When I wear this eyeliner, apply with a light touch. I have used black eyeliner that isn’t as harsh as Coffee 02. It’s a bold color.

   When I first wore this, loved the creaminess of this eyeliner, and how easy to apply. After several uses, noticed it lost an amount of its creaminess. When applied, it tugged a bit. I broke off the tip of the eyeliner, and resharpened to retrieve a new and fresh tip. It is more emollient, after resharpening, but still lacks the creaminess when first purchased.

   With a light touch I apply this to my upper lash line and lower line. Tried tight lining with this, but think this works better on lash line. The smudger on the end works okay for smudging, and realigning eyeliner in a straight line.

   Rating this with three lippies because staying power is good with this eyeliner, but wanted the initial creaminess to last throughout use of eyeliner. It isn’t a bad product, and didn’t dry out to a point of experiencing major tugging, but still unsure if I would repurchase. If I do repurchase, a color would have to really grab my attention.

   This is the best cream eyeliner I have tried so far!!! 1st, it glides easily so it’s gentle to the eyelids. 2nd, it has that nice smudged look after using the smudger which is the 3rd thing I like about it, being convenient not to switch to another pen and convenient to carry. 4th, i love this color which is not too light to give my eyes the right definition and not too dark that I can use it in the office. 5th) you can make it really dark by applying more strokes for night-outs. 6th, it lasts really loooong without smudging even if I have oily lids. 7th, it does not break when I sharpen it (I have wasted my money before on other cream eyeliners which came in those automatic twist pens that does not require sharpening. They actually break after a few twist). 8th, like gel eyeliners, I find it easy to use in creating the winged effect…. I am planning to try other colors, maybe the blue one.

   This pencil is amazing! It stays all day but washes off easily. If you have oily lids, you might have some very very minor fading, but this is great!

   A very disappointing product. Greasy, smears very easily and stays maximum 3 hours. the colour is a very hard brown, almost black…I know drug store eye pencils which do a far better job then this expensive product.

   This eyeliner is great. I love the color, a deep velvety neutral to cool rich dark brown. Quite pigmented.
   The pencil itself looks luxurious and the smudger is awesome.
   It glides smoothly and sets rather fast, although you have time to work with it. Lasting power is above average, it doesn’t smudge since it sets, only fades a bit throughout the day.
   The only reason a lipstick is missing is the fact that it’s not the most intense eyeliner for the waterline.
   Will repurchase!

    The color is beautiful and the pencil just glides on — no tugging! It’s creamy but not *too* smudgy which is perfect. My only problem with it is the staying power. Does not seem to last through lunchtime.
