Ridiculously easy, effective and cheap. Not so much a cuticle remover, but more of a very effective pushback. I am on my third one.

Already repurchased because I thought I had lost my first tube but then found it a few days after buying the new one…as it always happens 🙂 This is such a great product so I’m pretty sure I’ll use them both in no time. I am a big cuticle care junkie and many years ago Essence cuticle pen ( not this one though) was my first beauty purchase ever. Over the years I’ve used quite a lot of different stuff like Lush Lemony Flutter, all of the pricey creams from L’occitane, CND Solar Oil, natural oils and some other things I don’t even remember now. They were all okey ( except for Lush one, hated it so much) but nothing to repurchase or recommend. Essence Cuticle Pen is great, even my husband like it and he hates skin care routine normally.
Pros: good price; easy to use pen dispenser, great to throw in the purse; nice mild scent; softens cuticles well making them look more polished immediately; not oily; dries fast
So-so: not sure about the hard plastic tip it’s too harsh, prefer to use orange wood sticks to push my cuticles

This is essentially the same product as the nail care pen but with a plastic tip for pushing back cuticles and a mild, sweet lemon scent. I like this scent better but the plastic tip somehow seems to stop the pen from distributing enough oil. You need to go over your cuticles many times to get the same result as with the apricot scented nail care pen. In any case, an excellent product and you just need to out both to see which one you like. Absorbs easily and instantly beautifies bone dry cuticles – excellent for carrying in your purse.
