This came very highly recommended by a friend so I decided to give it a go. Results? Noticeable & fast! It’s a lightweight serum, medium consistency and not runny. I can dot this onto my cheeks, chin and forehead and take my time in blending in to cover my face/neck which is great as most serums tend to drip down and off my face before I’ve finished dotting on.
I use it in the morning before applying moisturizer & SPF and it’s definitely improved my skin tone – much clearer, brighter and my skin feels smoother too. I love how I can use this on my lips – BIG difference as lips have a pinkish tinge to them now, also can use around the eye area which I was worried it would be too strong for, but thankfully no irritation or eye sensitivity. Also no piling or cakiness when used under makeup and not oily whatsoever which is a big thumbs up from me! Packaging is great too, simple dropper so I get the right amount of product and a non-oxidizing amber glass bottle. Double thumbs up!
Yes it is a bit pricey but totally worth it – not because it’s a great Vit C serum (there are many other good ones out there too) but because I don’t have to use a separate eye serum or lip product, I can use this for more or less all face areas and neck/decolletage too.

I have combination dehydrated skin, with some PIH and fine lines. I used this product after my acid toner in the AM for about 4 months. I loved Loved LOVED the results and if not for the fact that the UK retailers WON’T stock it, I’d still be using it now.
I have dark pigmentation in my smile line area – awful because the location means that concealer creases within minutes and despite the rest of my skin being perfectly clear, I always look un-done without a full-face on. Anyway… this was the best product for that darkness. It was nearly faded down to nothing when the jar ran out.
When this bottle ran dry, I shed genuine tears of sadness. It was amazing. No tingling, no drying, no balling-up under other silicone products like primers (a problem I’ve had with other vit-C serums). It was near perfection.
For some, utterly unjustifiable, reason there are no UK stock lists for this product and the replacement (ester in 4 tubes) costs twice as much. I care about my skin; but I can’t justify that kind of cash on one product. Anyway, when next I’m in the States, I will pick some up but my enduring anger at global brands who stock different products in almost identical markets will be avenged eventually.

I’m very on the fence with this serum, on the one hand it did give me a nice glow and did calm inflammation as he claims. On the other I hate the eye dropper packaging the companies have gotten in the habit of using and the fragrance is strong which worries me. I found it to be moisturizing but not to moisturizing, overall I’d say it was much better then most but there are still better options out there.

I was a little paranoid about buying an antioxidant serum – I swear by my AHA serum at night, but wanted an antioxidant for day – and as my skin tends to be quite sensitive, I was terrified whatever I buy will make me break out or into rashes. But not this product! I love it. Results were visible from first use, my skin is smooth and even. I’m very careful about very quickly sealing the bottle back up also, not to let too much oxygen in. It is pricey (I paid $100 at Sephora), so I’d like to get as much use as I can out of the bottle. I’ve heard great things about Skinceuticals, so that might be the next one I try, but so far I am getting exactly what I wanted from this product.
*Forgot to add something to this review – the scent of the product! It does have an odd smell (and I don’t mean rancid, or that the product has turned due to oxidation), and I think I’d describe it as…hot dogs. It has a kind of hot dog smell. So…my face smells like hot dogs for around an hour each morning while the product sinks in. It’s a bit weird, but not the end of the world.

I think this product would work well for a lot of people, but it didn’t work for me. It’s a C E Ferulic serum, stabilized by a palm oil derivative. I noticed positive results immediately — my skin was definitely glowing more like when I was younger, like lit from within. I wish I’d been able to make it work, but I have acne-prone skin and the oil-based stabilizing also pretty much immediately gave me little pimples in places where I never break out. My skin had been very clear, and then the day after I used this, I noticed a bunch of little pimples on my forehead where I’d applied the serum. They started to go away in a day (they were pretty small) and I decided to try the serum again. Glowing again – yes! Small pimples again? Unfortunately, yes. If you’re looking for a stable C serum and your skin isn’t prone to breakouts, you might love this! Alas, it wasn’t meant to be for me.
