This really helps me a lot when I have my acne. It just only take 3 days to cure my acne problem.
What do you think, would you still remove the crystals from your acne skin?
I feel like I have done nothing wrong. I feel like I am in good shape. I have a natural feeling of vitality, no worry or anything. I am happy.

The price is appropriate for its amount of effectiveness. The first 3 days it was like magic in drying my acne, the 10 days thereafter of morning and night use I felt that its magic fade – a chin and cheek spot appeared. Though that could be because I had stopped my birth control pill about the same time of using it.
It dries quick and doesn’t feel oily, being gel like.
Packaging is a tube like lipgloss and the product is hard to dispense. Overall it’s good in drying.

My HG product for acne/breakout! I love the fact that this product comes in a tube packaging, which is very handy, travel friendly and hygienic. I always make sure I keep this in my handbag, everywhere I go. I’m not only using it for acne or breakouts, I use it as insect/mosquitoes repellent too. I have a sensitive combination oily acne prone skin, this stuff is doing amazing job! I’ve been battling for acne since forever (as far as I remember), but since I tried this a year ago, my acne becomes lesser and I’m glad to report that I hardly get one and it’s almost none now (if only I knew about this earlier, sigh). A very mild acne and breakouts once in a while does occur especially when it’s nearly time for menstrual and when if I don’t watch out my diet carefully – but I believe it’s purely hormonal. But when I slap this on the breakout/acne, the next day *poof* – it’s gone instantly! I will definitely repurchase this.

I’ve been battling acne for six years now and I’ve tried all the usual things to try eg. Proactiv, Clearasil, Neutrogena and those sorts of salicylic/benzoyl products. I can tell you for nothing that washing your face will not help. This is when I started looking for treatments that are left on the face. Once again I tried many products and most didn’t do very well… Now I have the Tea Tree Blemish Gel and am so excited to say it is already clearing up my skin after a week. Sure it reeks of the signature tea tree smell and dries the skin when constantly used but that’s just dandy with me if it means I get to have clear skin. This cream is most effective when used at night as the skin is most receptive then. It’s good to know there is a product out there that doesn’t cost a lot and actually works. The fact it’s natural just makes you feel better about using it 🙂
Highly recommend for anyone struggling with acne.
Works well with a low dairy/non dairy diet

The fact that this product is made.from Australian tea tree oil is great. It is natural and doesn’t contain any chemical is good and I don’t mind the strong smell. I placed this gel on a massive pimple near my mouth and it took two days to draw out the pus to the surface. It does sting on the pimple when applied but leaves a cool feeling afterwards however it makes the surrounding skin red anything. It seems this gel being natural is very strong on my sensitive skin. I might try Jurlique instead.

For me, this little smelly product works much better than other drugstore acne treatments containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. It’s not an overnight miracle, but it’s paricularly good at drawing out white heads from breakouts, minimizing the visibility of PIH. I find it ineffective on cystic acnes, but I haven’t found anything that works. Now that I’ve found an optimal skincare routine, I only have acnes once in a blue moon but once they come and go, they leave behind a mess of PIH to deal with. It has an embarrassingly strong smell, but I don’t expect an acne smasher to smell heavenly. Since this stuff is very drying, please remember to apply it only on the inflammed areas and don’t skip your favorite moisturizer.

has a really strong smell but it does a good job at keeping my skin in check. it takes a few days to treat the pimples on my face

I’ve tried many, many acne products over the past: salicylid acid, benzoyl peroxide and the like, Clearsil, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear.. thinking that the stronger the product, the better it would be at getting rid of breakouts.
Anyway, my mum bought me this gel years ago randomly and I was a bit cynical because what can a little oil really do? And now, all I can say is this gel is probably one of the best things I’ve used for my breakouts (and I don’t have a lot of these “best of” products in my arsenal)! It’s cheap too. In my experience, this gel is particularly good for drying out pimples, both big and small, BUT only those that already have a clear white head. It was also good at drawing out a whitehead from mild to moderate breakouts.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work very well on cystic spots for me at all. The smell is a little strong, but you get used to it. It also made my skin quite oily when overused. I also feel like this product goes bad quickly too and as a result, stops working as well as it should. My skin also tends to build up tolerance for tea tree oil products after prolonged use. This product is more effective for me when I stop using it for a while then come back to it, making sure I don’t overuse it. I should probably repurchase because it’s been a while since I’ve used this. From what I’ve read, a lot of people also build this tolerance for tea tree oil products so I recommend doing this.

I am generally biased towards tea tree oil products because they work very well on me, so please keep that in mind while reading this review.
For my face I use this product directly on any acne, infected or cystic or developing, after cleansing, spray toner and a serum, and before a night cream and face oil. I also use this on my body acne mixed in with a Cetaphil body lotion after wiping my back with the Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Oil toner.
Experience: When I first used this on a horrifically mutinous breakout on my cheeks, it cleared up and calmed down after three days. The skin was flat. It really helped to clear up my acne and now I use it preventatively a few times a week or when I feel something popping up. I have fairly horrific bacne and using this with the toner and lotion helps to keep most of the acne minimal, though I’ve yet to encounter any over the counter (and some prescriptions too) that work as well as a few days at the beach in the salt water at completely clearing up the spots and scars.
Pros: The above experience speaks for itself, but aside from that, I feel the gel is a really good delivery system, and I find it much easier to use than the diluted oil, especially when used on my back and body. It seems to work well in tandem with other Thursday Plantation products.
Cons: I am completely aware that tea tree oil for many people is a harsh ingredient and will dry out their skin. I can’t say that that has happened to me, but as I have said, I gel really well with tea tree oil products. I would suggest using a lot of moisturiser to combat the drying side effect, as I have done so and had no flaky skin. The gel dries a bit sticky, also. It has a strong tea tree smell, but that it generally par for the course. Towards the end of the product, the cap itself split down the middle, letting the product be contaminated and I couldn’t finish the last quarter or so.

I prefer the oil and lotion from Thursday plantation compared to this product . I use it for acne or whenever my skin feels irritated . The percentage of tea tree oil seems to be lower hence it is less effective . I use this only at night because the gel makes the face look sticky and unappealing . Prefer the oil for day use
