It does smell a bit but it is rlly effective . Some have said that it has made them break out … this is probably because they did not dilute it . If after diluting it is still having negative effects then try using detol which also works .before doing these I used to use hand sanitizer on my face which also works as they work to kill germs which inflame pores .

At the first few days I thought it was great then all off a sudden a few days later after using it every night I had a break out because I think it was too harsh on my skin. I’ve had spots on my chin for 3 years now and I’ve tried almost everything and nothing has worked so good luck

I have very oily skin and my acne has gotten worse in the last year, when I started using this it did sting a little bit I’m not going to lie it felt worse mainly because I have very sensitive skin. I was seeing a difference the next day, redness and flaring of acne was completely gone. Spots and scars were gone. The only thing is pore take a little bit longer to clear up but it’s all worth it.

I find it stings quite a lot but you get good results so it’s worth it. I don’t find the smell THAT bad, not so bad that I would avoid using it

It is very helpful doesn’t help with swelling and redness over night how ever the smell of it isn’t nice but I would recommend sudo cream which is just as good and doesn’t smell bad if you put a thin layer of it on over night you will see the results almost instantly I highly would recommend this

i think this product is very good, i have very oily skin and i have never had a day without any pimples but this thing here gets rid of my pimples over 2-3 nights which i think is really good considering it litterally takes like 2 weeks to get rid of one pimple so i highly reccommend this product to anyone out there with oily, acne prone skin like me! Does TCP really need to be stored in the frig?

I might be the only one, but I don’t see what the big deal is with this product. It STINKS. It smells absolutely horrible and it will take your nostrils some time to recover. Don’t go anywhere for a few hours after application. No joke, read the other reviews. I don’t find this to eradicate a pimple any faster than just letting it run its course. My pimples are probably more hormonal than bacterial, so if you have acne caused by something other than hormones and genetics, this might work for you. For me, it’s not worth the stink. Whatever you do, DO NOT get this near your mouth or you’ll be sorry for hours. Ask me how I know! If I find a better use for this, I’ll update my review.

I’ve found this super inexpensive, old school product to work far better than many of my high end and natural blemish remedies I’ve tried. I’ve been reaching for it far more often than my tea tree oil, which seems to irritate my skin these days. Recently my face has been breaking out worse than when I was a teenager and TCP seems to calm and gently dry the spots. I usually wet a cotton bud in water and then dip into the bottle, so it is very slightly diluted. It also works very well after you’ve squeezed a whitehead to prevent infection. However it can be very drying so please use with caution.
