This is my favourite glycolic treatment. I’ve used this for a few years and, even though I buy other treatments, I always come back to this and always have a jar on my beauty table, just in case. It makes my skin smooth and my pores disappear. I don’t use it every day, as it would be too harsh for that, but I use twice a week in the evening and leave on.
It’s the only product that truly makes my skin glow. I’ll always repurchase.

Summary: lovely clean feeling, great results, requires a little patience.
CONS:
1. This takes some getting used to – you need to build up tolerance to it or you WILL regret it. I’m talking redness, stinging, excessive dryness…just don’t overdo it.
2. It’s *NOT* good if you have pitted acne scars – these seem to sink down even further.
3. Your skin might purge in the beginning – I suffered a week long breakout a month in, surfacing blackheads, new whiteheads, forehead covered in tiny bumps, it wasn’t pretty.
PROS:
1. After getting used to it, I wake up with beautiful, clean clear skin after it – pores look fab.
2. Not drying or greasy – it only has 2 ingredients so perfect for my sensitive skin.
3. So easy to use – just swipe before bed and go to sleep!

It’s hard to believe that no one has reviewed this product yet. I recently discovered these while I was traveling and picked them up at a hotel spa. The Malin+Goetz Resurfacing Glycolic Pads are physician strength DIY glycolic peel that comes in easy to use pads (they look like the pads you buy for removing nail polish). I bought this for about $48 USD and this product compares to Arbonne’s Cell Renewal Mask ($72) or Neostrata’s Resurfacing Duo ($90). Each container comes with 50 pads, so that would easily last about 3 months using this 3-4 times a week (the jar says 1-2 times/week). I’ve been using products with glycolic acid for some time now so I feel comfortable using this more often. I’ve used this 3 times now (keeping it on for increasing intervals each time for my skin to adjust to the product) and EVERY time I’ve used it I’ve woken up in the morning with baby soft skin. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a peel with very little hassle. There is no redness, no downtime and not even very much stinging or irritation while it’s on.
